Stopped by for a quick breakfast, early in the morning, after finding out that nearby restaurants, such as Denny’s & IHOP, weren’t opened yet. Ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, coffee, & french toast sticks. This was for a group of us. Service was fast & excellent, our order in drive thru was satisfactory & accurate, with plenty of napkins & condiments. Friendly staff. Food was delicious & served hot. Coffee was tasty & you could tell it was from a fresh pot. Very happy with our experience. Will return next time we’re in the Springfield area. Worth a stop for quality service, good value, & great food, fresh & hot.

It’s better than most fast food, because they have more vegetarian options. I just wish they never got the impossible wok because I don’t like soy too much but it’s better than most fast food because it has a lot of vegetarian options. Other places don’t have it’s just that when I ordered the cheese sticks, they gave me four cheese sticks instead of eight, which was the wrong order It’s better than most fast food, because they have more vegetarian options. Go here on lunch to order Food was stuck in the line for over 30 minutes. Going on actually 37 Never was able to get my food so I had to therefore Head back to work without getting my lunch. The unprofessionalism in this company is atrocious I thought you were supposed to have a timely fashion that you’re supposed to have people’s order completed and into their hands and out of the drive-thru. Isn’t that what they train you to do? I mean you have one job and can’t even do it the way you’re supposed to unprofessional.

Stopped here for lunch with my husband on the way to the grocery store. (Dont shop while hungry). Food was hot and made as we requested. Dining room was very clean. Employees were friendly and not yelling at each other, which is a nice change from some other BK’s

Every time I go to this place they are so incredibly rude. Every time I order something it ends up being wrong and when I asked them to fix it they give such attitude and act like it’s such a nuisance for them. Then when they go to remake it I’ll even trust him to remake it because I’m afraid they’re going to do something to my food. If you’re reading this review don’t go to this Burger King it’s not worth the aggravation. In the managers there are just as bad.

I had gone to this Burger King location in hopes of using my coupon on my app, i’m usually able to use the same coupon twice in one shot I’ve never had a problem at any Burger King location but when I went to this location the young lady over the intercom through drive-through lied to me and told me that I could not use the coupon twice and was being rude about it so I left and didn’t order and actually went to the location on Cooley Street where their manager happily helped me and let me order twice with the same coupon. Anyone reading this review please save your self and indecent experience By boycotting this Burger King because all the fast food places are within 3 miles of each other so if you need to go to Burger King there’s two others in Springfield I will happily serve you with no attitude or lies.
