Who rates a Burger King right? This is by far one of the nicest Burger King’s I’ve ever been to. Most of them are really run down but this one was really nice. The food is normal burger king food and the people working there were really friendly. Only downside is there are a lot of flies and the bathrooms a little gross.

Why do they need your name for the order? Nobody likes having to give their name and have their name called when the order is ready! What if we took the employees name and announced it when we got our order? “ Hey “John” thank you for the order! Imagine how irritating that would be to them. That’s exactly how we feel when you announce our name to the entire store or everyone outside at the drive through. This is common sense and they didn’t need this review to realize this.

So, I am a regular customer at BK. If I don’t order breakfast, I order lunch every single day. Now, what I don’t understand is how my wife order always comes out perfect, but my order is never right. On the app gives you the option of bacon and cheese on all wraps, and thankfully, this store got that right but didn’t give me the right kind of chicken. My order clearly said I ordered fiery wraps, but I ended up with regular chicken. I am not satisfied that my orders keep getting messed up. And I would have come back had I not had to pick the kids up from camp. The person working the line needs to read the order correctly instead of assuming what they think it is.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast, early in the morning, after finding out that nearby restaurants, such as Denny’s & IHOP, weren’t opened yet. Ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, coffee, & french toast sticks. This was for a group of us. Service was fast & excellent, our order in drive thru was satisfactory & accurate, with plenty of napkins & condiments. Friendly staff. Food was delicious & served hot. Coffee was tasty & you could tell it was from a fresh pot. Very happy with our experience. Will return next time we’re in the Springfield area. Worth a stop for quality service, good value, & great food, fresh & hot.

What can kill a place is not the food it self is the attitude and the bad customer service, there is no way that I can say to my love one and friends to visit when I go to places I love having a nice environment and peace mind that my food and the way me and my family are going to be treated is going to be good sad but thru so sorry fast food restaurant are full of bad attitude people begging with Supervisor and if is like that the employees will project what they been teach. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️
