Last night (1/15/2026) it took juat about 29 minutes after I paid to receive my food. I went through the drive thru ordered a whopper jr, 3 piece mozzarella fry and small.coke. there were 3 cars ahead of me. I paid, and got my.drink along with my receipt, she closed the window before I could ask for a.straw. I the sat and waited, while watching 1 employee put together orders piece meal, a few orders of fries in ine bag, then burger in another bag, etc. Every once in a while stopping to text on her phone. Whne I finally got my food I checked the receipt, i paid for it at 9:36, I didn’t receive the food until 9:52! By the time I got my order there were 3 or 4 cars behind me. The kicker, the mozzarella fries were barely warm! It stinks there are so few late night options for food in Easthampton.

01/01/2026 at 1:30pm, I went to this store to pick up a DoorDash and buy food. The staff was rude when I asked to confirm the order I was picking up. I have picked up food from this place before and the order was wrong. The staff, she is very big that is the best way I could describe her. She was very rude to me, and when I address her tone of voice she told me to have a nice day and refused to give me the order. One of the male staff made a comment when I was walking out, “good, good bye.” This behavior is very common at these restaurants, staff get mad when we ask to confirm!

I am very offended, and I want to bring this to higher up. If it is possible can I please have the number!

I have lived in Easthampton for 17 long years and have watched this town grow from a small town to a vibrant community filled with diversity, art and our proud rich culture. While I haven’t ate Burger King prior to the covid era i remember the atmosphere of the restaurant being a colorful environment with many places to sit and enjoy your lunch like a lone king. One topic is the prices of Burger King, before covid the deals were so unbelievable nobody even believed that the meat was from a real cow. Current prices are so expensive you would think they would be making these burgers with Kobe beef. Even with that being said, i do go to burger king quite often despite the fact of the food quality being on par with other restaurants in the area. So you may be reading this and think to yourself why i spend my hard earned money going to Burger King.

It’s not the food, it’s not the atmosphere, it’s the people. When you pull into the driveway Easthampton Burger King i can be confident i will be treated with respect, dignity and loyalty. I always leave the establishment with a smile on my face knowing i am never judged, looked down upon or deemed as an unequal.

I would like to acknowledge one specific employee, Connor. Connor has been working here for over 2 years if i believe. Connor treats each and every customer with respect and I can tell you this without a doubt in my mind i never have to worry about not getting the wrong food, not getting enough ketchup packets when Connor is on shift. He is kind, and clearly a proud and loyal human being to the Easthampton Community. He is an incredible worker who I, am also in the service industry try my best to replicate in my job. Connor is a role model to all those he serves and works with.

I want to end this short essay by saying, i wish these employees were fairly compensated by Burger King. I know the economy is not as great as it could be but i do know if you could fairly compensate these amazing employees, other workers will be inspired and work towards achieving laborious excellence. More outstanding employees will bring in more business and we would love to see everyone there with a livable wage.

Came for the food, Stayed for the service.

Cancel all your plans if you intend to order takeout at this location, unless your plans are to wait at the desk for an eternity while they pack up food for the drivethrough.

If you went through the drivethrough i can promise you that service is quite prompt having observed it for ten minutes straight, however, if your food is just waiting there for you to pick it up you might as well be stuck in purgatory because the employees are seemingly physically incapable of seeing beyond the front counter.

I was finally able to get the attention of a worker to get my cold food, which is lucky because had i not made my presence known to them, i surely would have died of old age before they asked me what i was doing there.

Went to dine in and lobby doors where locked at 8:45pm so we went through the drive through and waited over 20 minutes and asked for a milkshake and I was told they would look and see. After 20 minutes I left! Ridiculous restaurant! Hire better employees that actually care!

So the hiring of disabled is truly a double edge sword. On a very important hand, it gives people who have problems functioning the chance to work, however, ithink it does more harm to the business and its patrons than good. The workers that are disabled put an extremely difficult situation on the Managers and other workers in the restaurant, as well as alot of extra patients on the customers.
We waited an extremely long time at the drive thru and did not get the correct drinks, and our debit card was dropped on the ground due to excessive shaking g by the employe.. Again, I think its great that they are trying to help the disabled, but there needs to be another kind of job that fits or needs to be some other way.

The person working the register inside was full of energy! Maybe a little too much haha. But it was great and the chicken fries from this location where the BEST. I never had such a great experience with chicken fries and now all other BKs will disappoint me. It makes me sad this location is over an hour away from where I live. Haha!
