Food was ok, haven’t been here in 20 years and it way exceeded my expectations. I like how they’ve renovated and made it look modern and no longer like a dump how it used to be. Wasn’t many people in there though at 3:30 pm, would expect more in a city like Chicopee where chick fil a is closed.

It’s like no one hears or understands simple requests here or could be a deeper concern such as reading comprehension. However I requested no mayo and no pickle, it was confirmed but when getting my sandwiches the sticker said no mayo and no pickle but opening my sandwich i got pickle and mayo. Went in got it remade. And guess what no mayo but they put extra pickles. I am disgusted with service here and you won’t be getting it back. I would prefer a call from corporate to determine why service consistently at there fast food chains are constantly like this and not just one area. Customer service you do not care about you only care about how much money you generate it’s pretty obvious. Don’t even get me started on the pee and poop all over the bathroom walls constantly here. Just shows how management leads let alone the employees here. This isn’t a one person issue or a communication error this is a company wide issue. Pretty sad

Absolutely awful. The last 3 times I’ve gone there. They can’t even get a simple order straight. I sat there for 22 minutes. In line from a time that I ordered to get my food.

Service was good and food was decent. Could have been fresher. Nuggets tasted old. A little bit of a mess. No paper towels in the mens room. I’d go there again.

Staff has gotten so much better at this location recently. Placed a large mobile order for drive thru pick up 5 minutes before arriving and it was already packaged and piping hot when I pulled up. Excellent service!

BBQ Bacon Whopper Jr. without anything, I came back to resolve the problem and staff just looked from the window without resolving things out. By the way food was ordered just before they got closed.

Messed up both orders and the burger was a weird crumbly texture.
I have to bring attention to the soda. I got a diet Coke and strangely, it was the best diet Coke I’d ever gotten from a Burger King.
Of course the food problems were the result of whoever was working at the time, but I won’t stop going here, because I don’t even go here once every couple of years. I only stopped in because I wanted flame grilled, they had a coupon and I was close to it at the time.

Went to get order at 11:35pm give me the bs that it was closed when clearly it says is open till midnight to then Say they where short staff when clearly there was multiple cars parked out side … when a crossed the street to KFC 10 minute left for them to closed and they actually put together a 12 pcs meal and blessed me with two extra sides due to not having Bisquits available , if KFC can do all that BK should have no problem making 2 whopper meals , straight laziness who ever said sorry it won’t cut it …
