Great little place in the middle of nowhere. Definitely recommend it. Nice place to take the family for icecream and burgers on a beautiful summer evening! Double bacon cheese burger and fries for 6.75 is the Saturday special. Definitely worth trying. Good have places like this off the beaten path. They only take cash however!

This used to be the place to be up on the buckhorn and its still ok but just..I miss the mini gold ans arcade machines… The “super burgers”… just don’t cut it anymore. Dry…unseasoned patties and rolls that also taste dried out like they are kept in the freezer…..but tried their cheesteak and it was 8” and actually really good. No lettuce or toppings except onions and peppers & I had to ask for mayo though. Its mainly a soft serve ice cream stand though and the fries are good.

The chicken fingers were really good and so were the wing dings. The reason for the four stars is because the portion of the fries they give is very small. For the money they should give you more fries. Prices are a tad steep. Overall a good experience.

It’s hard not to love Burger Hut. The food is pretty decent–the ice cream is great! Most especially its so convenient for those of us “up the mountain.” When Burger Hut opens each summer it’s such a comforting sight pointing towards warm days and lots of fun. The owner is very kind and we look forward to many tasty treats for years to come!

Easily the best family-friendly place to go. Their ice cream is the best I’ve had from all the places I’ve been. Their burgers and fries are fresh and you can tell the difference frying in fresh oil makes, too. It does get a little expensive, and they are a cash only place. But for the money it’s worth it.
