They have an excellent selection of burgers with great flavors. We chose the Super Hero Burger, the Mushroom Burger, the Spicy Cheese Burger, and the Crispy Chicken Burger. The prices are very reasonable, they serve halal food, and the staff are very friendly.

The cheeseburger with extra bacon (super crispy) was DELICIOUS! So tasty, with very well-balanced tastes between the meat, the onions, the pickles, the salad and tomatoes. The service was quick and the food is surprisingly very affordable – much cheaper than a fast food chain, and yet a million times better! The plus was that it closes quite late. 2025.04.29: took two double smashh burgers and truffel fries for take-away. Have to say it’s the best value for money in Hamburg for smash burgers. 8,50 EUR for the double smash. Really good fresh and soft bun, i felt also the onion, it was almost creamy, really good, and melted cheddar. The burger was really “fitting together”. Also the fries I liked a lot.

My experience is that the burger and onion rings costed around 10 euros. The food tasted good but portion small than expected. The price of the sides are a little bit to the high side. The burger alone is good price of around 6 euros. The restaurant didn’t have a real atmosphere and wasn’t so clean.

One of the best burgers in town without a doubt. The place will get very busy on weekends but the staff is very fast. The seats can be somewhat dirty specially after evening, but it’s Reeperbahn!! The food is delicious and I never get tired of it.

Everyone comes here because of the burgers but let’s talk fries! Heroes has the best fries I have ever eaten, absolutely amazing!
Vegetarian menu (falafel burger+fries+drink) was about 8€, while the doublemash burger menu was about 11€.
