One of the last few independent local bastions left that serve great burgers that are hot and juicy with a lovely char. Serving portions are generous, pricing is reasonable, but not cheap — you get what you pay for — and the atmosphere has a funky vibe. Service was efficient and informative. My Hulk burger was enormous and very, very tasty. Fries are not offered here, potato wedges are and they are the real deal that are crispy outside, fluffy inside. There’s offerings for all appetites, big and small.

Burger Heaven is an absolute must visit if you’re in the New West area. And being just off the skytrain line, it’s just a pleasant 5-10 minute walk away.
Starting off with the food, it’s absolutely delicious and if you’re in the area I can’t recommend it enough. Portion size is very generous for the price you pay, and I walked away entirely satisfied. There are plenty of vegetarian options too!
The Service was amazing as well. The staff who assisted me knew the menu like the back of their hands, easily answering any questions I had about the food.
The Atmosphere would have been 5 stars, if it hadn’t been somewhat dirty when I had visited. The seats weren’t the cleanest, and there was some cobwebs on the decorations. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a little cleaning, and honestly, something that very possibly might’ve been fixed since I was there!
Overall, this is a restaurant in the area that as I started off with, is a must visit if you spend any time around New West. Do not do yourself the disservice of missing out on a meal here!

This place never disappoints. The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they care about quality — from the perfectly toasted buns to the fresh toppings and well-seasoned patties.
The staff are super friendly and welcoming every time I come in, and the service is always quick even when it’s busy. It’s easily one of my favorite spots to grab a burger. Consistent, delicious, and great vibes every visit. Highly recommend!

This is a hole in wall place. I wouldn’t have noticed it, if I didn’t read about it. A very rustic atmosphere, but also looked very fun.
We ordered a BBQ Cheddar, bacon & mushroom burger, that was pretty outstanding. The potatoes wedges were very tasty. We also ordered a Swiss, mozzarella and pickle burger, but added mushrooms with a side of onion rings which was very tasty. I thought it was good as well, but a tad dry. Along with a side of gravy for the side of onion rings and potatoes wedges. It was runny, but taste was very finger licking good. Beverage, we had a Shirley Temple (that didn’t really taste like one, but still good) and a strawberry lemonade, which was exceptionally good, but there was a lot of strawberries and it didn’t come with a straw?
Overall food was good, but a little overpriced, in my opinion. Although they do advertise that they are the best burger in town.
Waitress was super friendly! Super helpful with the menu as well.
Parking was easy. A small parking lot on the side of the restaurant. I would want to go back and try their milkshakes.

Very quaint “mom n’ pop” burger joint. The burgers are delicious, juicy, and taste like they’re made with the freshest ingredients. The restaurant is small and intimate. The burger in the pic is the #7, chicken cheddar bacon. So good!

This has to be one of the best burger joints to go to! You may find the prices for the burgers to be pricey but 100% worth every nickel. We have tried many different burgers and have enjoyed them all. The staff is always very friendly not a fake friendly but a real honest friendly greeting. There is a lot of seating but can be tight. It is still very doable. Looking forward to eating there again soon!

As others have said, you get what you pay for. The burgers aren’t cheap ($20-$25) but they are so massive I’m nearly unable to finish one on my own + they come with wedges. When I come here I get my burgers split in half so I can share it with a buddy.
The milkshakes are $6 and of a similar principle to the burgers: you get a ridiculous serving, and it tastes great too.
Service is super friendly and relaxed, exactly what I like.
All in all a great burger place.
