All this for $64 I feel like it’s ripping us off! Being a single mother its hard to pay for 3 burgers $64 like srsly! Taste wise it was average! Plus my kids stomach is hurting after eating! It’s not like mouth watering! I don’t mind paying if its worth it but This is my 3rd time coming here 1st time they put too much salt! 2nd time it was ok! This time our stomach started hurting! Tornado Potato was not cooked that I got for kids! I usually review really good I don’t do negative comments but I’m sorry I had too! I work really hard as a single mom and this place is way too expensive!

To all my gluten free and Celiac friends. I tried this amazing burger place in Lombard. They have a gluten free bun and I called them asking if they can change the gloves they said yes and they also suggested they can cook my bun on a separate aluminum foil . The burger was so delicious and I didn’t have any reaction and it was so delicious . So go and call ahead and tell them if you have celiac or a gluten allergy 🙂

My first time trying this was actually in Windsor Ontario when I went for my trip to Detroit. That location didn’t really give me the first best impression, however I decided to give this location a shot. And I was impressed by the drastic improvement in quality. Their Philly cheesesteak was phenomenal and packed to the brim. I also had their jalapeno poppers which were also very delicious. Will definitely be dining here again.

Really loved the food here. The burgers are the kind that cause the whole table to get quiet because of how good they are. Haha.
Everything is made fresh so you will wait a bit. But it’s well worth it. We’re about to get a funnel cake which I’m sure will be amazing. The folks here are very friendly.

Last night, I had a fantastic time at Burger Factory with my five friends after our game. The food was exceptional. I’m not a big fan of burgers because they often lack juiciness and freshness. However, Burger Factory exceeded my expectations with the quality of their meat and the delicious taste of their burgers. I thoroughly enjoyed them! Their tornado fries were also a highlight. I’ve never had fries like that before, so I was pleasantly surprised by their unique flavor.
Overall, I had a great experience at Burger Factory and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Wow very good food. I really enjoyed the chicken tenders probably the best seasoning. The Lucy juicy was tender juicy in its name loved how the cheese oozed out. I would pass on the tornado fries their were just basically potato chips on a stick but still it was cool on presentation Staff were good.

Delicious didn’t get sick Not so greesy just right burgers. They are made to order so you have to be patient. Is not fast microwave burger joint. Love sweet potatoes fries, tornado potato ( potato chips) on a stick, and juicy Lucy burgers. Wow they have funnel cake. Great variety of pops ( especially Turkey pop) and drinks Yes they have veggie burgers but didn’t try yet.Next time I want to try steak sandwiches looks good. First time here everything is clean, no flies anywhere, and didn’t get sick. I submitted photos after eating burgers and special fries couldn’t wait

I’ve always been an Epic Burger loyalist, but this place gives Epic Burger a run for its money.
Great decor, clean place, and good location. The grilled chicken sandwich is outstanding.
Veggie burgers are very god as well.
Funnel cake with flavors was a nice touch.
Plenty of free parking in the strip mall.
