I had a fantastic experience at Burger Factory. The food is amazing and always tastes fresh. Their Burger is absolutely delicious, and the fresh-cut fries are the perfect side — crispy, hot, and full of flavor.
The staff is very friendly and takes the time to understand and carefully note your order requests, which I really appreciate. The location is nice and clean, conveniently situated on the main road with no parking issues at all.
I will definitely be visiting this location again. Highly recommended!

great customer service and cheese burger. the girl made me aware of the special going on. order a combo and get a free cheese burger. i watched her go into a fridge and retrieve the burger meat in small balls that went directly on the cook top. no frozen meat here! very tasty!

Beware bait and switch. We ordered crispy chicken burger on Saturday, which was made with tenders. Next day we ordered again but larger order of 6 crispy chicken burgers and totally different. Not made with tenders, they used a tasteless round flat patty (like the frozen ones from supermarket). Called them to complain and said they switch it if they run out of tenders, lol. Didn’t even bother to let know us of the switch. We could have ordered something else instead.

Absolutly disgusting. Got cold burgers that tasted old and couldn’t even eat them. Im a single mom and when I called to complain about the quality lack of food saftey they just blamed uber. Uber isnt food sfatey certified they are and yet they hand out food that has clearly sat in the danger zone. They did absolutly nothing to make things right and I put a report into check it and inspect it cambridge. They are not concerned about following food sfatey I can only image what other laws they are violating. I would avoid going here. Still waiting on apparent manager to contact me. This is the cheese burger I received from them. Burnt and cold and tasted old like from someone in restaurant that complained it was burnt and returned it and I swear they send it to me. Its absolutly disgusting

The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. Great customer service. The food was awesome. My husband absolutely loved the Utility series steak sandwich. The size was huge and they were very generous with the toppings. My tornado fries was huge as was the funnel cake.

Found a burger factory in Paris Ont. a couple of months back. We were pleasantly surprised by how much the burger matched the images displayed on their menu. We were craving a burger over the weekend and happy to find a burger factory in Cambridge. To say there was little resemblance to the thickness of the beef patty would be kind. The beef paddy was barely thicker than the tomato slice shown in the menu picture. The toppings we got were not what were asked for and the poutine was a mush. At the time of ordering, we requested a gluten-free bun, and the staff confirmed our request. Luckily, we checked before taking the order and they had to switch buns. Paris was an experience, Cambridge, not even an attempt at a good burger.

Food was awesome. Burgers are well made and delicious. Fries were hot and perfectly salted. Muhammed was our server and he was very good. Confirmed our order and checked in with us to ensure we were happy. Great place and great food. Highly recommend.

We tried The Machine burger on Friday which was their daily suggestion and on $4 off. So do check out the options. We also tried The Crispy Chicken burger along with Golden Cut Fries and Ginger Ale. Overall the food is good and for us the best part was that it was Hand Slaughtered Halal. All their options are Halal. I would recommend it to folks looking for Halal option in Cambridge. The footfall was decent and the store is clean and conveniently located on Hespeler Road opposite Burger King. They also have funnel ice creams and steak/chicken subs but we did not try that option.
