One of the best burger spots I’ve tried! The burgers here are juicy, fresh, and cooked to perfection — you can literally taste the quality. The “Juicy Lucy” and “Crispy Chicken” are both amazing, and their fries and onion rings are just as good. Everything comes out hot and full of flavour.
The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the place is clean and comfortable for dine-in. You can tell they actually care about the food and presentation. Definitely worth the price — way better than any typical fast-food chain.
If you love real, flavourful burgers that actually fill you up, Burger Factory is a must-visit. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

I went to Burguer Factory on November 2024 and looking at the memories, I remember that I forgot to post a review, so I will do now. The taste of the burguer was amazing, plus the people were very nice with me and my family. It’s near by the Niagara Falls, I would definitely would love to visit them again.

The fries are soggy, the portions are small for their price. Yes the burgers are tasty but they’re tiny patties for an outrageous price. The milkshakes are pretty decent but also overpriced- Save your money, go somewhere else (also no plum sauce for the chicken tenders).

Burger Factory offers a quick and easy ordering experience — my meal was ready in about 10 minutes. Prices are around $20 for a combo. The burgers and sandwiches were decent. However, the cleanliness of the tables could be improved, and the bathroom should definitely be cleaned more frequently. Overall, an okay spot for a casual bite, but there’s room for improvement in terms of hygiene.

This place was disgraceful, nothing you receive will like the menu.. the prices were crazy 18.00 for a funnel cake, that was supposed to be with strawberries and whip cream , there were no absolutely no strawberries to be seen and it had a gross strawberry jelly syrup poured on with whipped cream . Part of the funnel cake wasn’t cooked through. When requested to add the strawberries they poured even more of the soggy syrup.. this was absolutely disgusting could only eat the outside edges..

Quick question: why would a shop serve me a burger which is tampered (the bun is torn apart)
I know right, even I don’t have answers, but look at this photo, that is how we were served the burger. And the way I was presented (the burger from the other side which is normal) so at first attempt when I picked it up from counter everything seemed okay, but when I brought it to my table, i saw this horrible side of it.
Just look at the photo guys, food is something that is supposed to be served with presentation, I mean c’mon, don’t do this to the paying customers.
While ordering it I asked the server to cut the burger into two pieces because I wanted to share it with my friend, but when I received it I was not expecting the bun to be ripped like that.
Would definitely not recommend this place, please find a better burger spot.

We tried a variety of items during our visit—cheeseburgers, a fried chicken burger, and a cheesesteak sub. The burgers were just okay, nothing special, but the cheesesteak sub was definitely the highlight—flavorful and well-made.
One major downside was the condition of the bathrooms. They were dirty and poorly maintained, which was disappointing, especially considering there were several employees working in the kitchen. It’s important that the restaurant pays more attention to cleanliness beyond just the food prep area.
Overall, the food had its moments, but the cleanliness issues really took away from the experience.

Average tourist food place, Food was descent, I rather enjoyed my steak sandwich but apart from that the food was rather small for the high price, the sweet potato fries were not cooked all the way through. Seating was ok. Though it seemed it was very closely linked, the wait time was good so our food was on time, they use the buzzer method to let you know when you’re food is done so you can go to the counter to get it, but I would save your money for another place

What an awful experience we had on a Friday night!!!! Cold burgers, cold tornado fries. Staff!! They talk so loudly amongst themselves and telling each other to take client orders. I understand the weather is bad but the washrooms are in unbelievable condition. If the staff are not interested to work… please tell your manager. I’m so sorry for the owner!! We called ahead to ask about some items on the menu and they said they didn’t have it. When we showed up, they did!! Clearly states they are not interested in getting business. Not an inviting environment.
