Popped into the Burger Eatery on a recommendation from a local and I was pleased with this option.

Although the burgers are small, they are delicious. I also love that they serve natural sodas bottled right in NYC.

The staff is friendly and the food is good.

Delicious burgers. Also taste really healthy and fresh. I tried the crab burger special and the truffle fries. Both were delicious!

Love this little cozy place. Great place for burgers. Had the Erie St burger and was very tasty. Would recommend that for your fist time visit. Loved their truffle fries.
As others have mentioned the portions are not great for what you get. Burgers are around the $10 mark and I just wished there were more fries as the were great.

Went here for their opening night to try them out. Their specialty burgers are unique and have creative names. I ordered the Sunday Morning burger and it was delicious. The burgers are a bit small though and the potato bun could use an upgrade. The bun is barely capable of containing the burger and it’s toppings contributing to a messy time when trying to eat. Their truffle fries are pretty great but their portions could be a bit larger. All in all, I liked the burger and would definitely go back again.

Absolutely delicious with an excellent staff full of great customer service! I definitely recommend Burger Eatery! It a tight space, so definitely don’t come with a group of friends to eat in, but it’s cozy enough for two or three to enjoy a different take on burgers and fries. I definitely plan to visit here more times then I imagined.

As far as smashed burgers go, this is a decent local spot. I recommend Smashburger or Five Guys if you want a great smashed burger. The truffle fries were a little too thick and the truffle flavor was hard to taste. There wasn’t enough B.E. sauce on the burgers -which they don’t put out for your own pouring pleasure so you have to stick with ketchup.

5 STARS!

The burgers are incredible! Several months ago, the burger special was the “Gangnam Burger” – easily one of the best burgers I have ever consumed!

The fries are great!

The wings are delicious!

My kids absolutely love this place!

You should check it out!

I had the Erie Street burger. It was delicious. At first glance seemed small, but there was more to it than meets the eye. The truffle fries were perfect and I thought the portion was generous. The total bill with a diet coke and tip was $18 and change. I’ve paid that much for a burger and fries of lesser quality in Tampa, Florida many times. I’ll definitely go back.

Small place (has only about 5 seats), friendly staff, and a good burger varieties. I tried the Erie Street burger, which was delicious (fig jam and fried panchata worked really well together). Burgers are on the smaller side, and is a bit pricey (average about $10 each after tax).

The Burger Eatery is a small place to grab a quick burger. It’s a Shake Shack-like type setting, but double the prices.

I tried the Erie Street (caramelized onions, pancetta, brie cheese, fig jam, arugula). The patty was good but I wasn’t a huge fan of the fig jam. It was one of the only toppings I could taste in the burger, aside from the arugula. I saw the onions and pancetta but I think the jam overpowered everything.

I would like to try the All Thai’d Up burger but at the price for the small size, I don’t know if I could justify coming back here.
