A update went on 10-2-25 asked for a sandwich again on buttered toast. They did not even toast the bread much less put butter on it. I’m done with them never again. And the little girl at the window is the most rude person I’ve ever seen. Do not ask for your receit you would think it was a hard job the way she looks at you. Went here on 9/18/25 ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and a gravy biscuit . The paper in my bag said a sandwich and gravy biscuit . When I got home and pulled out my sandwich it was a biscuit . So I paid $6. And change for a biscuit. The food was good but how do you get a sandwich mixed up with a biscuit . That shows no one checks the order before they give it to you.

Went to get breakfast for my family. I ordered 2 single biscuits and gravy and one gravy biscuits with eggs scrambled with cheese. When I opened the one that was supposed to have eggs, there was a single piece of melted cheese on top of the gravy lid. I guess they didn’t hear me say “scrambled eggs with cheese” but even if I did for some reason was a slice of cheese with my gravy biscuit why would they package it like this!?! I no they have a new policy on their window to look through your bag before driving off… but this was after waiting in line for a good 30 min, with people behind me who has been waiting just as long as me. This is only the 2nd review I’ve ever left in my life. The amount of order mistakes at this burger den is just kinda crazy.

I find it hard to believe that this place is still in business. I’m not posting anything that isn’t true.
The Burger Den has only a handful of things that are edible, in my opinion.
Those things are their biscuits (bacon-egg-cheese, sausage-egg-cheese), fries, milkshakes, and soda’s. I would not recommend anything else.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend what I mentioned is edible, due to the overwhelming price one must pay for them.
I ordered a chocolate milkshake, on my very last visit to The Burger Den. It was a small in size. I expected something around a 12 ounce shake, but received a 6 or 8 ounce shake, for approximately $6. I was shocked at the price!
The shake was good, but far from $6 good.
The meat used in the burgers appears to be a mix of soybean and beef, I think.
Similar to what you would receive in school, but expect to pay around $10 for the burger alone.
The inside of the lobby is always a mess. It also doesn’t appear as if anyone has done a good cleaning behind the counter in a while.
I wish they’d get their act together here, because at one time, this restaurant was pretty good. That’s been around 15-20 years ago.
**Please do not mistake this burger den , in the Rocky Face area, for the Burger Den near Varnell.
The store in Varnell is owned by different people, and is far better.

Ordered a big hamburger all the way, no mayo or ketchup, well they didn’t put the mayo on there, thank God.
But the my HB had extra ketchup on it, instead of no ketchup, yucky

I went by there today and got a combo with a Barbecue sandwich, tater tots, and a diet coke.
That sandwich was rediculous. It was a tiny bun, with not even enough bbq to cover the bottom bun. What bbq was there looked old and dried out. It didn’t even taste good. The tater tots just tasted like old grease. My meal was absolutely gross, and went in the trash. Not to mention, it costed me 9.08, and I tipped the cashier. I’m all about supporting local, but McDonalds never did me this bad. DO BETTER Burger den.

Great little spot for breakfast. The lunch is great, too (I always get the hamburger steak), but breakfast is what keeps me coming back. Love it.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to order anything. I entered and no one spoke, I overlooked that and the young lady in front of me ordered even then no one said anything. A nice officer came in right after me and they asked her if she had a call in order and proceeded to cash her out. The officer then pointed out that no one had took my order yet. I know if she saw me so did the workers. One even asked if I had ordered and still walked away. Now I don’t want to look at this as a race issue but even the officer took it that way. It’s 2025 and we have to do better. I work in the service industry myself and that’s not how you treat people. So of course I left out because I no longer wanted to spend my hard earned money there.

Very reasonable price only bad part is no seasoning on the burger, great quality hamburger meat just not flavorful unfortunately and the double cheeseburger crazy thing had too much cheese if that’s possible. They cooked the fries fresh but they were still cold inside. Friendly staff and clean restaurant with a drive thru you can’t beat that just put some seasoning on something and fully cook the fries.
