Received the recommendation to hit up the Kihei Food Oasis. Cool food truck park. Burger Boys boasts best burger in Maui…they have my vote.
The team working the truck were fun and interactive.
Had The Duece Duece with bacon and the Sidwinder fries. The flavor of those wagyu patties, with the sauce, was outstanding. Cooked perfectly for a smash burger.
The fries were hot and crisp on the outside with that IPA beer battering.
Would definitely recommend trying if you’re in the area.

Absolutely outstanding. The Wagyu burger had an incredible crust and was cooked perfectly. The onion jam was a total surprise. I usually hate onions, but this was sweet, balanced, and a complete game changer. Great bun that held everything together.
Shawn, one of the owners, spent time talking with me about their burgers, and you can really feel the passion behind what they do. The sidewinder fries were super crispy with tons of crunchy edges.
A must stop in Kihei.

Best burgers on Maui, hands down. Super juicy, full of flavor, and always fresh. We came once and had to come back again. If you’re on the island and craving a really good burger, this place is a no-brainer!

First time here and would come back everyday and twice on sundays. One of the best burgers I’ve had in quite a while and the sidewinders with house sauce off the chain. If you’re in Maui and you don’t come here you will regret it.

Good not great. Burgers were OK. Insane prices. Patty was smash style but sort of dry. Everything’s ala cart with a basic burger (that was dry) starting at 18.00. Didn’t have juice for the kids menu drink (only had Pepsi or water bottles even though the menu offered diff). Def not best burger in Maui. Maybe not even the best in the food court.
Update: Super snarky reply from the owner on this comment only solidifies my review. The price point wasn’t the issue…. As much as the very mediocre burger for the price point, bad service, low inventory. The whole thing was not great. I rarely rate a place under 4 stars. Check my history. I’m a top 1% google reviewer. Thank you sir… I will take my biz elsewhere. Aloha.

Food truck in Kihei, easy parking and nice pic nic tables all around. This food truck had great burger options, I ordered the 1/4 lb burger and it was huge. The pickles were really good. I did not order a side the burger was enough it was so big. The bun was soft and fresh. I really wanted to try the onion rings but opted for a lemonade instead. They do have ice tea as well. The burger was juicy but not greasy. Beware of the chickens, that being said the food truck park was exceptionally clean. Note that bathrooms are near by (portajohns).

Visiting from Anchorage Alaska and this is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The delicious crispy edges, the melty cheese, perfectly fluffy bun and a special sauce straight from heaven! We’ve been here 6 days and have already stopped here twice for their delicious burger and lemonade. 11/10 amazing! I’m going to be dreaming of this burger when we go home.

The original duece was a fan favorite during our visits. The tropic thunder is to only be attempted by those you are really hungry. That pineapple and bacon with the patties, were so good!! This place is in a good truck park that is done up right. Very relaxing stroll through the options, Zen vibe as you can see, very clean!! Not like other food truck parks, this place is a well oiled machine. Side Winder fries were a treat as those can be hard to find at most restaurants.
Shout out to the largest Ming Aralia I have ever seen in my life! The gardeners here are next level.

Burger and fries were tasty. Be warned parking is difficult to find here. We were parked for 15 mins and got a warning note on our car we would be towed, so stick to the street parking. Anywhere in the lots nearby are off limits.
