The EXPERIENCE was everything! I placed an orders 15+ people for a meeting. I called a day ahead and let me tell you the general manager nick was soo amazing! Kudos!! You’re Amazing!! Darlene was super nice when I was paying! She was so friendly! Huge shout out to Johnny for helping me take the food since it was A lot!! Thank you burger boy for making this experience truly great! The food was soo good and FRESH!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Honestly, the food was not impressive for restaurant food, but it was impressive for fast food. The man taking my order explained the menu to me since I’ve never been. Because I’ve worked in the food industry, that means something to me. A lot of the employees didn’t seem to care as much as this one gentleman, but he cared, and that’s what mattered. The lemonade was a 3/5; I’d add more lemons and more sugar. The food was also a 3/5, pretty good for fast food, but I would have used a sesame seed bun and not been as skimpy with the toppings, but that’s a corporate choice and not an individual franchise choice. Overall, the staff was friendly, and I’d be back based on service and convenience, but if you want to spend over 30 dollars, you might as well find a different restaurant.

We went in for the valentines offer on shakes! Best decision of 2026 so far! Who knew 20oz was that big!! And let’s not even get into their straws. Someone needs to put Whataburger on because they might just need the same straws! Beautiful shake, small pieces of strawberry and abundant amount of chocolate chips! 10/10 will be going back for seconds! Did I mention $2!!

If I could give no start I would. Me and my family visited them a few days ago and got 2 burgers . Unfortunately one of our burgers had the longest piece of hair in it getting trapped in my boyfriend’s braces. After calling and notifying them they replaced the burger. SHORTLY after we left with the new burger there was ANOTHER HAIR DIFFERENT COLOR!
The manager claimed he would do an investigation! BS ! No complimentary fry, shake ….nothing was offered after that. The manager asked if we could send pictures to a number and we did …no response !!!

We just left the drive thru on walzem rd. It has a guy at the order box named Cam.. he has the bes attitude and most positive personality. He recommended all these extra items like loaded fries which I didn’t even know they had. And like the churro shake. He got our orders 100% correct He really made our night.. thanks Cam

I love burger boy. Had my 1st bad experience ever. Ordered junior double boy with cheese, no pickles. Received a single junior with cheese, pickles, and nothing else. The person at the windows did have a patty added to the burger. This was a very disappointing visit.
