This place is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. No sign of hand washing by employees doing more than one job position. Burgers are prepackaged frozen, very overpriced patty’s. Service was horrible and it was slow. Drunk very obnoxious bar customers. Owner was rude when asked where the restroom was. And was wearing 6 inch heels when she walked past our table twice and never noticed empty drinks. When we left after waiting 20 minutes for the check, we noticed all the employees out back smoking leaving the restaurant un manned. I highly recommend eating somewhere else.

The food was out of this world, unfortunately it was overshadowed by the ludicrously below average service. It appeared the restaurant was understaffed on our visit, the waitress was flustered and there wasn’t a cohesive interaction between other staff members. The manager seemed to think it was more important to do paperwork than assist the drowning staff. The bartender and busboy seemed to be otherwise occupied. We arrived at 6p and didn’t receive our food for over an hour (there were 3 other tables in the dining room.) The onion rings were fantastic, the burgers were big, full of flavor and cooked perfectly, if you like ‘wet’ fries they were pretty good too. The decor is pretty outdated and uninspiring in the dining room. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be back, which is too bad.

Absolutely horrible. Order was wrong. burgers were over done and way to salty. Service was poor and the patrons were rude. During our whole time there we were harassed by drunk patrons to sing karaoke and no one stopped it. That was our first and last time there.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Premade burgers, cold fries, you have to pay for refills on soda… The staff is miserable, rude and unpleasant. Not to mention that the owner has no clue what she is doing and is rude to her patrons. Cocktails are very small and extremely over priced. This will be my first and last time going here. Should’ve read the other reviews before coming here. A regular customer there told me this is the owners first restaurant. You can clearly tell. No bus boy, no dishwasher, not professional what so ever. Watched the cook come out and get dirty dishes and then go in the back to wash them, then started cooking frozen burger patties. You can see the kitchen and everything from the back bar. All around AWFUL! Over priced food too.

They need to work on their burgers. They are big and full but messy and portions of various ingredients are unbalanced. Teriyaki chicken needs to be soaked in teriyaki before being cooked, not after. Coke refills limited to 2 in a burger joint is a bad idea. It was a 2.5 experience. I really wanted them to ask for feedback but they didn’t. I hope I can visit again and find positive change.

I enjoy the BURGER BAR ! It’s has new management that turn the Resturant into a sports bar… It was good service for lunch and I recommend the DONUT BURGER …I had a good time and didn’t get any problems at the BURGER BAR.

Very very slow service, the food wasn’t that good, poor set up around the bar everything is squished, parking is horrible you mind as well park in CVS but I don’t ever plan on ever going again…
