My boyfriend and I are visiting his grandmother and stopped by this place — definitely recommend. The portions are huge and the food was delicious! It was a short wait time for how busy it was and our server was attentive. Overall, we’d eat here if we lived here!

I’ve drove by here a lot and finally decided to stop wondering and give it a try. The service from when I walked in to when I received the final check was incredible, and let me tell you the food was just the same, and I almost struggled to finish the meal because there was so much!
I wanted to highlight Lynda, my server, and Sarah, another server, as they both had high energy and provided top tier service. Their service, along with the food, will definitely have me coming back and recommending to others!

Popped in for a Friday night bite with my smoking hot date. We haven’t been here in years and not such they rebranded it. Fun local place to grab a meal. Service was outstanding and it was certainly frequented with locals. Food was pretty good. Salad was much larger than I expected, BLT was good, but the lemon chicken soup was a little over the top lemony. All in all, solid visit.

We’d been in the area for over 3 weeks and this place had the best service we’d seen so far!
Wasn’t too busy when we arrived and got given a nice booth.
I got the double cheese and bacon burger which was really good!
It was massive (will get the single next time!) with 2 big juicy nicely cooked patties, plenty of cheese, tomato and lettuce. Served in a really soft fresh bun (which didn’t fall apart while I was eating). And it came with a large portion of really good fries.
My wife chose the grilled cheese sandwich, which was simple but in a good way. Lovely greasy bread and plenty of cheese!
She chose to get it with the soup but didn’t know which flavour to get.
The woman serving offered her a small portion of the lemon chicken soup to try while we were waiting for the food to be cooked.
Then she came back to check if my wife liked it and to check if she wanted that with her grilled cheese, or the stuffed pepper soup instead.
My wife liked the chicken soup, but opted to have the pepper soup with her sandwich (which was amazing, described as deconstructed stuffed pepper and that’s exactly what it was!)
Then while we were eating the server came to check that she liked the pepper soup, and asked if she wanted any more of the chicken soup instead.
The server was so lovely, and even if the food wasn’t good, we still might have gone back. But as the food was as good as the service we will definitely visit again next time we’re in the area.
(Prices were also very good for the sizes of the portions)

This is a home grown diner. Formerly known as the clock restaurant for many years in Palmetto. I wouldn’t normally give this type of place.5 stars with the service is always friendly and the food is very good. The atmosphere is casual and it’s a great place to go for a good breakfast, casual lunch with friends, just a cup of coffee and pie or dinner , that will send you home with a filled tummy and a smile on your face.
Debby and Deliliah are two waitresses that always make you feel welcomed and offer some of their favorites.
I would recommend this place anytime.

We found this place by accident. The service was great! We had a gravy, sausage, cheese and peppers skillet. To say it could feed three or four comfortably is not an exaggeration! Very good food and the prices were great considering the amount of good you get. We will be going back! You won’t be disappointed.

When I walked in the environment felt so friendly. I had a waitress name NIKKI and she greeted my family with the friendliness smile. She was amazing, she ask us about our drinks came back with quickly. Then we order our meal definitely came back quick. Everything was fresh and hot. I have no complaints I will recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone to come to. It’s very family oriented also nice and clean atmosphere. I had a seven and two year old with me and Nikki was so kind and nice to them. She even gave them a snack after they finished their meals. I definitely give her 5stars!
