We could hear the line/prep cooks complaints about earning their pay check, and slamming equipment that’s probably worth more then their paycheck threw the speaker, while the order taker was attempting to take our order. Regardless of how small or bigl an order is, it’s literally the reason the employee decided to clock in, is to prepare every item on the menu! Especially during lunch and supper hours! If we didn’t have restless and hungry children we would have given the manager on shift a quick crash course on work ethic and customer service. Since we didn’t take the time in during the initial visit. I felt a Google review nessecary with hopes the owner will see and evaluate the leadership to make a change in their crew! Aside from the poor customer curtisy the food upset my stomach.

One of my favorite burger places in the tri city area. Reasonable prices with AMAZING burgers. The best cheeseburgers I have ever tasted.But their crowning glory is the peanut butter milkshake. OMG! Talk about amazing! I force my husband to buy it so I can taste due to high calories. But OMG it’s Soo damn good. The meat of the burger is so fresh tasting.

I ordered a burger and fries. When I received the food, I asked for ketchups and ranch. She told me the ranch was 35 cents. I said okay, handed her $.35, and she gave it to me with an attitude. Mind you I had to ask again for some ketchups after she slammed the window on me.

The young woman taking orders was very friendly and efficient.
The food was ready lightning quick and exactly as ordered. The burgers were juicy, fries crispy and well seasoned, and the shakes excellent. I had cherry and the wife had pineapple.
The burgers were even wrapped so you can unwrap and eat with one hand so no mess!
In short, a truly fantastic dining experience. We will definitely eat 81 again the next time we pay a visit to Bay City.
