Cool place, very modern. Nice selection of burgers and other things like hot dogs, salads, fries, and milkshakes. They also offer gluten-free buns which is great and several vegetarian options including seafood burgers. Their sauce selection is interesting and a nice feature. A hand washing station is good for when you just want to wash your hands quick before eating. Their chicken fingers were good and fries were thin and crispy. Looked very clean throughout. They had a little bar area where it looks like they make the milkshakes. Was very empty but it was a Monday night so that’s expected. Overall, good for a quick bite the only negative was the prices but they’re in line with similar burger places.

So i’m torn on this review because my burger sucked and my husband’s was great. I had the mushroom burger and it barley had any mushrooms, no sauce, and was flavorless. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger with onion strings on it and it was great. But then again it’s hard to mess that up. The chili cheese fries hardley have a spoon of each on it so most of your fries are just plain. While the actual fries are good the toppings are not so much. The chili is sweet and the cheese is infused with ale so also sweet. There is no spice contrast so it leaves a weird taste in your mouth. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they have a sauce bar which is great. Place is clean but I probally wont eat there again.

Very similar to Smash Burger. The burger was a bit undercooked, and could have used more flavor. The toppings were delicious. I had the shroom burger. They need a way to melt the cheese before it gets to the table. The sweet potato fries were good, but I’m not a huge fan of shoe string style.
So why the 4 stars, the treatment of gluten free. They did a really great job of making it easy to find the GF options. They marked our food (as seen in the pictures). And the bun was tasty.

I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. There wasn’t enough buffalo sauce. It was only a little squeezed in the top. My bf enjoyed his omg burger. The service was good. There are lots of sauces to choose from.

Very good hamburgers. The sauces were a surprise as well. The toasted marshmallow sauce woke up my tastebuds. The service is very good and inviting. I was not impressed with the fries and will need a second visit. I beat the dinner crowd and found plenty of parking.
After a second visit I found the fries to be much better. The burger seems small but maybe I was hungry.

Stay Away.
Let me note that my experience yesterday was good. That being said, the owner was there. Kind man, a bit older, who asked if my food was okay a couple times and if we needed anything. I loved his demeanor and that he made sure his customers were happy. I was happy to report to him that my food was on point, absolutely delicious. Texas Haystack was scrumptious. Also there was a young woman there who must have been the A.M. who was stellar.
Then there was today.
We walk in and are deciding what to order. As we look at our menus with no one before us, a young guy answers the phone. He replies to the person on the line by going, “yeah bro, it’s still f***ing dead”. Um, okay. Little bad.
My partner hears the manager say shortly thereafter that if his employees do not get off their phones… one of their phones will end up in the trash. Don’t lecture your employees in front of your customers, makes what they’re doing look even worse.
But whatever, I’m here for the food. Man, was it awesome yesterday. So I take a gamble and I order the Korean BBQ burger they advertise for this season. My partner ordered a double stack BBQ burger.
My Korean BBQ burger comes out. Wow this thing looks sad. The photo on the menu had a delicious looking burger with herbs and mixed greens on top, a thick even layer of kimchi on bottom. Yum. That is not what came out. What came out was a very sad impersonation of what I ordered. I eat my food quietly and miserably. My burger is oozing the sauce they put on it… some green onions stuck in the overflowing mess of sauce… no green herbs/greens overflowing over here like on their menu. I couldn’t help but release a quiet obscenity as I lift my burger to see the kimchi they placed on the bottom. There I found three very sad tiny pieces of kimchi haphazardly placed on top of each other in the center of my bottom burger bun. Oh well, I’m hungry so I start eating. I had ordered my burger medium well. My burger was at best medium rare. I suffer through it until I am halfway through and am met with a bite that was even more rare. Ugh. So I leave the rest on my plate, silent. A very nice busgirl came over and ask how the food was. My partner said their food was good, and she asked me and I didn’t want to reply. He ended up saying what went wrong. She said she was going to go back and speak to her manager. I thought this is when I was going to receive a discount or a refund. Working sales and customer service that is what I would have done as a manager myself. She goes to the back to seek resolution and I hear a lot of laughter back there. Nope, she tells me I am being made a new burger… I never asked for that but I appreciated her trying to make it right somehow. Why did the manager not come out? Food is brought out and finally it looks closer to what I ordered… keep in mind, not WHAT I ordered, just closer to it. So they threw in just a few cilantro leaves with the green onion. At least the kimchi on bottom was spread evenly and there was more of it. Also, instead of being medium well I bite into something very well done. The burger had shrunk to the size of a small fast food burger and as my fingers set on the bun an excess of that special mayo comes out. Even more that the last burger (but why?). Then I hear laughter from the back. A loud male voice booms, “ok you got another one but… THE NEXT ONE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR!” (Uproarious laughter from the back). I couldn’t tell if that was the tall blonde manager or someone else who thought they were quite the comedian. I can tell you though… I sure was not laughing. I would not allow any of my employees to slam a customer in back much less so loudly.
I left dissatisfied, never having gotten what I ordered. The only saving grace of today’s trip was the kind busgirl who asked what was up and the shift leader or A.M. as she was professional and friendly as well.
tl;dr: unless it’s a weekday with the owner there do not go there. you’ll regret it.

Talked the kids into coming tonight. Never been there before. One had the hotdog and fries. Other one cheeseburger and fries. They loved it! Me, I had the Tex burger. Looked great! Taste, good however the only thing that would have made it perfect is if the meat would have had some seasoning. Very bland. Even if it just had a dash of salt would have made it better.
now for the milkshakes…… Those were great!

The burger was beyond juicy and had an amazing flavor and the garlic fries tied so well with it !
My son had a simple but delicious Grilled cheese (not your average wonder slice loaf bread grilled cheese) he had something better! We definitely are coming back and highly recommend this spot !

First time going there. The worst experience ever. To set the scenario i got there at 1145. No one was at the cashier to greet. Waited there for a min finally saw a person slowly get up with food all in there mouth. I was the only customer there. Than a table of 8 came in and 2 other customer came in for take out. I watch all of them get there food. Than the person that took my order ask who i was and what ordered. After 30 min later i finally got my food. I order just a burger fries. On top of that there was a woman standing there with her baby for 3 min waiting for someone. She has to go up to a person and ask to place and order. I only get an hour for lunch i order this to go. 10 mins to get there 30 min waiting 10 drive back. That left me 10 mins to eat as fast i can. All i got from them was Sorry nothing else. In all this horrible and zero grade customer service. The burger was good. Will not go there again not a very good first time experience.

20 different styles of burgers + 1 special burger each month. They also have great dogs, delicious ale & cheese fries, and many flavors of yummy shakes. They also have cold beer and wine. The place is clean, well managed and there’s parking out front. The staff is helpful and upbeat. This place is great for a quick bite and a break while shopping, or after a movie. We’ve been here a number of times now and each visit has been good. My next visit I want to try the Thai shrimp burger.
