Man in the front was very cool and helpful with service and information. Dom the chef made some fantastic Burgers. We had the Tex-Mex and CEO burger. Best burger Ive had in a while. Had the crispy onion rings and fries with some 3 cheese sauce.. Couldn’t even finish, we were so full! Will be back soon. Thanks guys!

Our first time here. Fantastic service. The girls behind the counter helped us to order at the kiosk. They hand make the chocolate milk. The burgers are great. Cannot wait to come back and try another style of burger. Very clean shop.

This is the 2nd time we’ve been disappointed.
Instead of ordering online I decided to go today in person. The store was not all that busy however my order took a considerable amount of time.
When I got home, the french fries were cold. As you can see, the hot dog rolls were burnt and the hot dogs were swimming in mustard. It truly looked like there was more mustard than hot dog inside the bun. I understand once in awhile you can make a mistake but all four hot dogs were disappointing as was the entire meal. We immediately repacked everything and went back to the store for a refund. From there we went to Culver’s and enjoyed a delicious, properly prepared lunch.
There are plenty of choices in the Westchase area for overpriced hot dogs and hamburgers.
I highly suggest you go elsewhere.

Honestly not much reason to go here. I came because they sent me an email for a cheeseburger for $5. I’d never been before, so figured I’d give it a try. Unfortunately, you must order through their app, which I had to install on my phone to get the $5 deal. Ordered the burger, and it was a long wait to get the sandwich. It really wasn’t anything great. I ordered it well done, but it came out medium, which isn’t even an option to choose. The burger was too small for the bun. It tasted ok, but definitely not anything special, and not worth the $5 “deal.” The highlight of the visit was the 21 sauce, which was quite tasty, but it’s basically Chipotle mayo. There are so many better burger options than this…even Checkers and dare I say it Wendy’s have better burgers than here, and much cheaper too. I likely won’t be back to this place, as like I said there are way better options for your $$. The employees were nice/friendly, and it’s quite a big restaurant fyi, there is also some outdoor seating.

Over priced fast food. Tastes ok, but for the price your not getting anything really special. Paid ~$7 for a cheeseburger wi the bun. It was just a patty with cheese, lettuce, slice if tomato.
Had to send it back the first time, it was RAW. It took 15 minutes for them to bring me another. My entire family had finished their meals while I waited. Had to ask 3 staff what was taking so long.
Very disappointing. There food isn’t bad just overpriced and you need to eat it there. If you get it to go, its really nasty.

I went to another location in Tampa a few weeks ago and ordered the farm salad and it was beautiful. The girl at the ordering station was quiet and I had to ask her to repeat a few times but I am sure she asked if I wanted everything that came on the salad. I said yes please and received a salad with chewy old tasting chicken, hardly any goat cheese crumbles at all, if any, and no toasted nuts. The strawberries weren’t even cut into bite size pieces. This was disappointing. The tenders I ordered on the side look very yummy. I’m sure you guys can do better. *** Edit – I don’t complain out loud about food to my daughter who I’m sharing this meal with and she and I had the same reaction to the chicken tenders. The batter was so greasy it fell off the tender and the chicken was chewy underneath. The oil tastes bad.

This Westchase location of Burger21 consistently is less then it should be.
Service is fine… most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Tonight they were busy… had about 20 people in line. I skipped the line and went to the electronic ordering kiosk that no one was using. That went well… no issues.
I ordered a Cheesy burger (WELL DONE) as you can see from the receipt I took a picture of. The burger came out basically RARE. Which is better than some past visits… where the burger was basically RAW. Look at some of my past photos. So RARE was an improvement! I never order well done at other burger places… I hate well done. But here… their version of well done is RARE. But yes.. better than RAW.
I remember when I first started going to Burger21.. they had a serve yourself condiment bar. I am sure there were people abusing that, and probably even taking stuff home. So they shut it down to save a few bucks. Now you have to ask for everything, and they bring you out one or two little tiny condiment containers… like 1″ across the top. Not even enough to dip an order of fries in.
They also have removed the serve yourself drink dispenser apparently, as a girl brought the coke I ordered. I was not offered a refill, and you would think for a $3.19 beverage, they could refill it and still make money right?
I love the burgers at Burger21… if they could just cook them to medium rare consistently. If they were a little more generous with the Chipotle Mayo! If they would offer a refill on your drink.
The obvious PENNY PINCHING, and the lack of a decent cook.. are what keep me from coming here often.

I ordered a Cinco burger, Medium ( I usually prefer burgers medium rare, but they everytime I come here, they are undercooked… and I hate MUSHY hamburger patties!) So medium is usually a good option… to get a medium rare burger, or close it. Also ordered a “shareable” onion strings.
After I ordered, I went over the sauce section, and they were out of Chipotle Mayo (my favorite!)… so I let the girl at the counter know.
10 minutes later, went to the restroom… came back, stopped by to check the Chipotle mayo… nothing. Let the girl (different girl) know …
Burgers arrived.. I went to check the Chipotle mayo.. nothing. Let the girl know. Went back to the table…started eating. Onion strings tasted a little off, like the oil they were fried in was old and nasty. Girlfriend went to check the Chipotle Mayo… nothing.
By burger was more like very rare.. mush pattie. I could not finish it… it was gross. The Dale Mabry location puts the Sour Cream sauce and Guacamole on the side… this location puts in on the burger before bringing it out… mushy bun too! Like I said gross… when I can’t finish a burger, it has to be pretty bad.
Girlfriend did not finish her burger either… again, pattie was basically raw in the middle… not pink…. raw, and mushy.
Did not finish hardly any of the onion strings either.. and I love those things! Of course I like them even better with some Chipotle Mayo to dip them in… and we never did get any of that!
I guess I could have complained right then and there… but I did not want to make a scene (that and I shouldn’t have to complain!)

I like Burger 21… it is my fav burger place at the moment. I usually eat there at least once a week (Dale Mabry location!)… but this location is a lot closer to both work and the house. In the future… I will stick to the known good location!

ive been there couple times and I think the place needs a good cleaning,tables are often durty and sticky, the floor is very sticky, glass door very dirty, napkins case and lamps very dusty

Here are photos of the 3 burgers that I received raw and a photo of a rotten tomato that was on my burger recently. I received a full refund, which is obviously the right thing in the situation, but I question whether I’ll be returning to Burger 21 in the future.
