The woman working the early morning register today (2-15-26) is very rude.
I asked for a bottle of water with my ********$25 CHEESEBURGER******** and you have to grab it from the cooler yourself, no big deal. My husband grabs a water and the lady said – “no, you get Dasani water- put back the smart water” and I asked how we are supposed to know which water bottle comes with the meal? She threw a fit and said “maybe don’t book early morning flights if you want to be rude for no reason”. I explained to her again, how would we actually know which water bottle comes with the $25 meal?
She again threw a fit, went to the back and said something to the cook, then came back out to get the next customers order. I just stood there and stared. I’m confused by her behavior and guess what? I didn’t eat that burger. What did she go tell them to do to it?

My professional review, considering myself a burger connoisseur after eating hamburgers from all over the country from high to low this place needs to step it up considering the restaurant name is “burger 21” one of the worst burgers I have ever ate after spending $20+ for a nasty burger and a drink poorly put together,taste char boiled but looks like a smash patty but, bun was very hard, no taste throughout the entire burger with the bun,cheese and the meat. I hate leaving bad reviews but the quality was terrible, I had a burger from a different location in Tampa and the burger was good, Not sure why the burger 21 gate C airport location was this bad. It’s the same quality as a wrapped burger from 7/11 or circle K. Seeing as I am always flying out of gate C my return to this location is highly unlikely

Some of the best customer service I’ve ran into. The manager with the dreads time after time I come in and he’s always very friendly personable and professional. Great sense of humor. FANTASTIC BURGER. Guys you can add a chicken breast to your burger for under $4! What a bargain! Check em out

Ordered OMG breakfast sandwich and “coffee”. Fried eggs filled with shells. I tried bites from different parts of the sandwich and all were crunchy. It’s like they tried to put that much shell in the eggs. The sausage and bacon were both flavorless and the coffee was so weak it looked like tea. Never again.
Update. They did refund my sandwich when I took it back, so I gave them a higher service rating.

The lady at the front was hiding in the kitchen area for 5 minutes and told me and another gentleman to place our orders on the screen. There wasn’t even an option to purchase a burger on the screen it was waters and other little things. She told us this and then disappeared. Total carelessness from everyone involved. I have had bad service before but I have never had someone actively ignore me and other patrons.

Just paid $17 for a salad, a water, and a banana . Asked how long for a burger and the rude attendant said she didn’t know and had a mean look on her face. Probably 15 minutes after I looked up for an answer. Wasn’t going to miss my flight for this lame place. This place could use someone who enjoys their job.
