I’d like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. While the food was delicious (great burgers and sauces), the behavior of the employee who was at the counter today was completely unprofessional. He was rude and hostile, which made our group feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We enjoyed the food, but we have decided not to return to this location due to his unacceptable attitude. I hope the management of this location addresses this issue.

I went here for a quick dinner option after busy day driving the kids around. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean. My kids loved their burgers and sweet potato fries. But unfortunately there are no healthy options at this place. The grilled chicken tenders weren’t that great, and there were only two very small pieces in there. The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and onions. I got the black bean patty on top, which was delicious. I sure this is a great place if you’re happy with burgers and shakes, But definitely not a place to go for healthy food.

This is a pretty standard fast casual burger place, they make good food for you to eat and enjoy. Plenty of parking nearby and they have a lot of options to eat, for adults and kids, ranging from cheeseburgers to ones that are decked out and shakes. I got the monthly special, the Lucy, which was pretty good besides poor construction. The fries were well salted, and there’s a ton of delicious sauces to try.

First time here. It was a quick stop while passing through the area. While the chain is a bit pricey, it’s not a bad investment considering the amazing burger you will get. The restaurant was very clean, staff was very courteous, and the food was AMAZING!

The staff here is a mixed bag. Some are super nice, some are rather neutral in demeanor.
The food tastes fine, and I’d give it a four, when it’s properly cooked. Half the time I come here they don’t seem to understand what “medium well” means. Annoying as they ask how you’d like the burger cooked, as if they are supposed to know. Sometimes it comes out correct, but other times, like last night, the burger is basically raw. I ate it cause I was short on time, and the staff member disappeared so quick after giving me my food, but I really shouldn’t have, as I’ve been ill all day.
Honestly, the place needs some work, but it could be a good spot to eat if they’d train their cooks and staff a little better, but for now, best to avoid this particular burger21.

I tried this place last week because I have been curious about it for quite some time and I absolutely loved it!
I got a BBQ bacon cheeseburger with some fries and a Chocolate Milkshake, my burger was cooked medium well and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! It had to have been the best cheeseburger I’ve ever tasted in the Washington DC metropolitan area, The fries were also great and my Milkshake was ABSOLUTELY delicious
They also had some really good dipping sauces to choose from, if I had to recommend my favorite one it would be the Thai Keptchup, it had a good sweet and sour kick which was great with my fries!
Service was pretty good and the interior and Restrooms were clean as well
This location is also a very short walk to the Ashburn Metro Station which makes a great option if you want to take the Metro here!
The only con I had about this place was that it was a bit overpriced, but the quality and the portions you are given, it’s worth it
Overall a burger place I recommend if you are in the Ashburn/Washington DC Area

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Burger 21, especially after reading other reviews that seemed to be relatively good ones. My fiancé ordered the cheesy bacon burger, which turned out to be underwhelming. It was average at best, lacked flavor, and was overcooked—nothing remarkable. The chicken fingers were even more disappointing, tasting as though they had been fried in oil that hadn’t been changed in a while, leaving them with a burnt flavor. I could only manage to eat half of one before I couldn’t continue. The fries were the only redeeming part of the meal—crispy and well-seasoned. However, considering the cost, I feel I could get a better burger at McDonald’s for a fraction of the price. While I might give this place another chance, hoping it was just an off night, I left feeling thoroughly underwhelmed.

Burgers are pricey but for a reason. They are very different from the chains. The beef burger was good. Hawaiian burger was awesome. The shrimp burger was the best. Must try. Somehow the fries were slightly soggy. Cheerful service. Strictly following social distancing.
