We had a great lunch here in this Top 50 pizza restaurant. The service was incredible and the food even better. We tried 6 of these pizza al taglio and all of them were executed beautifully. Light dough, crispy at the bottom and with very fresh toppings. The Gorgonzola ones were surprisingly great. I highly recommend this establishment.

One of Genova’s best kept food secrets. This can easily be ranked as one of the city’s best pizzas, but given it has just a few seats and it’s open at lunchtime only, it’s rarely visited by tourists. However, if you want a very good pizza with a crunchy dough and tasty toppings, with a few euros you will have it! Quality/price ratio is unbelievable. And you can eat it in the garden nearby Colombo’s house or in Piazza Matteotti in a sunny day for a true Genoese experience!

The crust is something out of this world. You can tell that the owner dedicated his passion in this nice and Quant shop. Bought second right after.

This place serves amazing pizza with really interesting toppings such as Gorgonzola/Honey/Radicchio for example, great combo and delicious. The dough is made with a special flour (not 100% raffined) from a local windmill. Moreover, the owner is really friendly and keen on exchanging with the clients. The restaurant is well located in downtown Genova with few spots to seat
The prices are good. Perfect for a quick cheap and delicious meal.
Next time I’m in Genova, I’ll definitely stop by.
