Came during soft opening and we had an absolutely amazing experience at Burattino Pizza! From the moment we walked in, everything was just perfect. We ordered the Mercedes pizza — a delicious mix of Meatlovers, Hawaiian, and Margherita — and the 3-Cheese Bread with both the white garlic sauce and marinara. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the pizza crust was thin, crisp, and cooked just right. The three-cheese bread was gooey, cheesy heaven, and the sauces took it to the next level(I need to come back and try the black garlic sauce!). We loved everything we ate! Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves creative, high-quality pizza — we will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to the grand opening and from the friendly and lively atmosphere the owners created to the delicious pizza! Everything was great!! I’ve been watching them for a while and so glad they’re much closer now! Probably gonna go back today so I don’t have to cook!

A Must‑Try Brick Oven Gem!

Burritinos Brick Oven Pizza made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the whole atmosphere has this cozy warmth — plus the smell of that brick‑oven pizza hits you in the best way.

Even though I came in during the lunch rush, the food was absolutely worth the wait. You can taste the care they put into every pizza. I highly recommend trying one of their signature creations, the Dirty Pepperoni — the black garlic sauce takes it to another level.

And don’t leave without grabbing their new dessert, the Tirateist. It’s perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and the ideal way to finish the meal.

I’m already planning my next visit. Burritinos is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again soon.

Y’all, we finally got us some dang fine pizza hittin’ the NRH-Hurst area! Went and tried the 120 Pep (that’s their famous one loaded with pepperoni) and a straight-up classic cheese extra-large. Both had that perfect crispy bottom, crunchy as all get-out, just how we like it down here.
The sauce? Fresh and tasty, none of that canned nonsense. And the pepperoni on that 120 Pep? Lord have mercy, it was plentiful, like they weren’t messin’ around, covered that pie edge to edge.
This place is fixin’ to be our go-to spot from here on out, no doubt about it.
Only thing missin’ for dine-in is a good ol’ soda fountain. I mean, come on, it’s Texas! Sweet tea and Coke from the fountain is basically our state water. Y’all gotta hook that up.
Big ol’ thanks to the management for lettin’ us sneak in and give it a whirl even though they ain’t officially open yet. They were straight-up honest about still learnin’ the ropes, gave us a heads-up, and still knocked it outta the park. Dang good job, folks, keep it up!

They ain’t playing y’all. If you got Instagram and you’ve been seeing this restaurant in your feed. They definitely lived up to the hype. Great atmosphere. Great taste. Definitely coming back. Y’all come show this place some love. 100% worth the drive. Had a slice, I ain’t even made it to the car. Had to put it in my pizza bag in the trunk to not eat another slice.

Was so excited and eager to try Burattino, but unfortunately had a TERRIBLE first time experience and customer experience.

Went in at 5:30pm to place an order. Was told it would take 1 hour for pizzas to be ready, absolutely no problem (ordered 1 XL and 1 medium). Paid for the order and left. Returned at 6:30pm to pick up the pizzas only to be told that the pizzas weren’t ready as they ran out of marinara sauce. The lady working the register offered me to choose an alternative sauce or receive a refund. She said if I chose an alternative sauce it would be another 30 minute wait…

I chose the refund option. The lady working the register apologized for the inconvenience and I asked if they were offering anything complimentary for the inconvenience. She said she would need to ask her manager.

She went and asked manager and came back offering a cookie or different dessert. LOL.

I told her unfortunately that wasn’t good enough and that they need some work to do.

Granted, I wasn’t the only customer she was telling that they ran out of marinara sauce.

Just a little advice for management. Your first 30 days are CRUCIAL as a new restaurant. Management needs to learn to take care of their customers. Instead of offering a measly cookie or dessert you should be offering your customers more for inconveniences like this. Offer 1 complimentary pizza of customers choice for the next time or buy one get one free or half off. You will win more customers back that way, rather than leaving a first time customer with a bad experience and no desire to go back.

I hope management will take this review seriously and review their customer service guidelines.

Sincerely, a frustrated first time customer.

Wanted to try this place due to the great reviews. Wish I could say we had good service. I put in an order at 4:30 pm for 6 pm pick up. We arrived 10 min early and were told it would take 15 min due to a large order that was placed before us. We completely understood and dropped something off at home and drove back out to pick up our order. Only at that point we were told they ran out of sauce and couldn’t fulfill our order and only offered a refund. We placed the order well ahead of pick up time which should have allowed them to plan ahead, and then poorly communicated making us drive there twice. They had our phone number and could have saved us the trouble of an extra drive by just calling us.

Ordered for pickup on a Friday night, and while there was a long wait, we anticipated it and timed our order accordingly. The pizza was hot, even after I made it home. It was so good, the toppings were fresh and tasty! All in all, we are very happy to have y’all in our community!
