The food was amazing! It was my 2nd time going to try this place. The server took our order handed us our food and didn’t stop to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. We felt we were rushed out being there was a line for people to sit. We finished our drinks then left. Would go back but not on a Saturday night.

We dined at your restaurant on Saturday at 5:00 PM. Although we did not have a reservation, we were informed that we could be seated provided we finished by 6:00 PM, which we agreed to without hesitation.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the outset. The stuffed meatballs were served cold. My wife’s entrée lacked flavor, and grated cheese was not offered until I specifically requested it. Most concerning, however, was the discovery of a wire fragment from a metal pot scrubber in her pasta dish. The wire was mixed into the food and ended up in her mouth. It appeared that greater attention was being given to fulfilling takeout orders than to properly serving guests dining in. While much has changed in the restaurant industry since COVID, this represents a fundamental breakdown in basic food safety and service standards.
This was not a minor oversight. Ingesting a metal scrubber fragment can constitute a medical emergency. These wires are thin and sharp and can perforate the esophagus, stomach, or intestines, potentially requiring urgent medical intervention. Had this occurred to a child, the consequences could have been far more serious.
To her credit, the manager handled the situation professionally. She removed the cold appetizer from the bill, did not charge for the contaminated pasta dish. I appreciate her prompt and courteous response.
Nevertheless, the presence of a foreign metal object in a served dish reflects a significant lapse in kitchen safety standards. Regrettably, for that reason, we will not be returning.

My husband and I met my parents for lunch here. For appetizers, hubbie and I ordered the Mediterranean Salad and parents got Tri Colore Salad. For entrees, I ordered the Chicken Milanese, hubbie had Chicken Brittany, mom had Chicken Parm, and dad had Chicken Murphy. We were able to choose between pasta with red sauce or vodka sauce (or salad). There was enough food to take home. Food was excellent! Would go back!

It’s not our first time at Buonasera Restaurant & definitely not the last. I’ll start with the friendly servers, checking up during our meal, but not overbearing, always with a smile!! The best part of the night… the delicious food. They make the best Bruschetta… it’s a 10!! The Chicken Murphy was excellent. I was in the mood for salmon, but want something with rigatoni & marinara sauce, so the awesome & so accommodating chef made something not even on the menu… salmon in marinara sauce over rigatoni… which was excellent!! Thank you chef!! It was a #10 night and it was well priced!! Doesn’t get better than that great food and great prices!!

I have been visiting Buonasera monthly with a large group for some time. They have never let me down. The food selection is just right: Enough options for everyone to find something without being overwhelming with choices. The food is excellent, and the presentation is phenomenal. The service is wonderful and the staff sees to our every need quickly and efficiently. Their prices are surprisingly good for the quality they offer. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Do not skip the bread, it’s so good!

This is an amazing restaurant. Our group made reservations for 8 but unbeknownst to us 10 extra showed up totalling 18. The staff was amazing, kind, pleasant, understanding and handled the problem without a complaint and always willing to help and serve. Love these people. The orders were taken and drinks and food served without a hitch. Also we got separate checks! Koodoos to the Chef. Amazing food and fantastic presentations. We’ll worth the trip.
