Delicious Italian beef sandwiches, got mine dipped with cheese sauce & sweet peppers and while the beef was tasty, tender & peppery it was honestly the peppers that stole the show, I could have eaten a sandwich of just the peppers they were that good. The onion rings were crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. Service was fast, ordered online to get it to-go & it was ready at the exact promised time even though it was really busy inside, staff I encountered were friendly & the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. The large sandwich was very filling, I would definitely get it again, and it’s well wrapped & bagged so the gravy doesn’t seep in to the rest of your bag, so packaging is well thought out & I appreciate that!

This food is AMAZING!!! We ordered a Buona Italian “Big Joey'” beef combo with a strawberry shake, a meatball marinara sub with fries, breaded chicken strips kids meal and Arancin beef bites.
We waited for our order but it was misdelivered to another table. The Manager made it right, threw in another extra Italian Sub and some gift cards for the trouble. It was more food than we could eat. We felt gluttonous, as we devoured 40% of the food. The other 60% came home with us in doggy bags, a whole meal for tomorrow. Super grateful to the staff and the manager for amazing food and service. We will be back!

the chicken ceasar salad is AMAZING. i added avocado and it’s at a perfect level of ripeness. the grilled chicken is hot and seasoned well. the ratio of lettuce -croutons – cheese – chicken – dressing is perfect. phenomenal job.

This Italian beef is incredible! There are so many varieties of how you can order it. I was able to have a gluten free pita wrap- it was delicious (as were the fries).
The overall all feel of the place was like a brightly-lit cafe. The service was friendly and helpful. There is an icecream place connected within the same building.

Always clean. Employees are courteous sometimes not quite attentive or willing to help or ask if you need something. Never had anyone ask how our meal or service was even if they can get us anything else when serve our food.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich meal, no tomato. The chicken had good flavor but it was a lukewarm. The lettuce on the sandwich wasn’t that great. The fries weren’t as crispy as I had expected them to be. We sat at a nice little booth. The decor seemed to be lacking and the kiosks weren’t working so we had to order normally. My boyfriend had a meatball sandwich and his was very hot and he seemed to like it. Overall I feel like there are better places to go to eat for the money but it was okay.

I ordered a small pizza to pick up at the drive up window at a specific time later that day. When I pulled up the pizza was ready. It was piping hot and cooked “well done” just as I had ordered. Great pizza and great experience. I’ll be back for pizza. I already love their beef sandwiches.

Ate at the Loves Park Buona for the first time today. The Beef/Sausage combo was incredible! It was a step above Al’s, Carm’s, and Johnnie’s in the city. Perfectly made and put together and the flavor and seasoning was on point!
The restaurant itself was bright and spotless. And the customer service was super friendly and attentive!

We are locals and we continue to bring our friends here. Each meal, for all of us, is delicious and we never fail to take home leftovers.
The “end-dipped” italian beef is my favorite….with mild guardinara (did I spell this correctly?)
I’m a huge ice cream and sherbet fan, and I always save room, for a treat…at enclosed Rainbow Cone!

Update: 2nd visit and it’s still great! The Asst. Mgr, Herica R. Was super friendly and nice. She answered our questions and even brought our food out. Super hot and crisp fries. Awesome sandwiches! Check the !!!
This was our first visit. We got an Italian Beef and a meatball sub. While a bit messy, they were quite good. Well made with good flavor on a very nice bread. The fries were crispy and salty. Our only issue was that they wrap the sandwiches before cutting them, even though we dined in, which left bits of paper in the food we had to pick around and that ment inedible bits of cheese and such left behind. Also, the cannoli while very, very good, sure wasn’t 4$ good if you get me. I’m glad I got one to try on my first visit, but I won’t be getting one again if I return.
Also, the ice cream side was closed, which felt odd, so we weren’t able to try it.
