The food is consistently good. The staff os well trained and very courteous. The man who is the manager is always available and check each customer who “eats in” to be sure the food and service is top notch.He is very likeable and courteous. I bought lunch for my entire Napa Auto Parts crew. I placed the order a week ahead of time on the app. Absolutely perfect experience. The order was ready on time and the staff was great at pick up. Most importantly the food(beefs, sausage and peppers, meatballs and cheese ravioli) was all excellent. Cookie and brownie tray is a must have again for next time. Great location

I ordered 3 BBQ chicken pizzas and a rigatoni with meatballs for my family. The BBQ chicken pizzas were EXCELLENT and the rigatoni with meatballs was FANTASTIC! Everything was piping hot when it was picked up. We are especially happy that Buona is now offering a senior discount and also “specials” every day. We LOVE Buona Beef and will be going there a lot more, especially for the senior discount and for the “specials”. THANK YOU BUONA BEEF!

This is a go to favorite for my family, we go here every time we wore a quick bite! Most of the time their food is absolutely perfect, sometimes they do forget to put something in our to go orders. The last time we came everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I feel like my Italian beef gets less and less meat every single time I go there 🙁 But it is delicious! It is definitely one of the better restaurants in the area and I highly recommend you give it a try. Everything from their pizzas to their Italian beef to their salads are delicious!

Love the vegan beef sandwich. So grateful it’s an option. It’s flavorful and filling. We got an order of fries with a side of cheese and that never disappoints either. Also have to try the new cannoli shake. It was phenomenal. Don’t normally do shakes bc the dairy can make my stomach hurt but this one is worth it. Unique and flavorful as well. We were ignored by staff when we walked in but eventually was assisted after a dude that walked in after us was taken care of before us. Not a huge deal. Food was good. There was an employee walking around the dining room, asking about people’s experiences. Believe he was a manager. He was friendly and this is a nice touch. KEEP THE VEGGIE BEEF PLZ and we will keep ordering 🙂
