I just went through the drive through today and ordered a roast beef sandwich with fries and a drink. I got my roast beef with cheddar cheese and sweet peppers, baptized and with gravy on the side and it was absolutely delicious. My fries are, of course, perfect and my tea is very good. My only tiny complaint is that my tea was given to me without ice so it has gotten warm pretty quickly. Other than that, it was a perfect dinner and i’m so glad I got it today. Thanks.

Me my order would be out shortly to pull up. I want to say maybe a shift lead or manager came out maybe 7-8mins later to advise me they are working on my order. I was a couple minutes early so it was no big deal but I 100% appreciated the check in. When she came out with my food she was apologetic but also thanked me for my patience. And offered me a brownie. She didnt have to do that and I def didnt expect it but good customer service and care is hard to come by and yall def excelled.

Richie is an amazing manager and truly makes this location stand out. I visit here two to three times a week, and the level of care and consistency is always great. On my most recent visit, there was a small issue with my order, and Rich handled it right away with kindness and professionalism. He replaced the order without hesitation and even added a cheese fry to make up for the inconvenience.
That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way and really shows how much he values his customers. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back week after week. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better leadership. Highly recommend.

Rich is an outstanding manager and a true example of excellent customer service. During a recent visit, there was a minor issue with my order, and he handled it immediately and professionally—no hesitation, no excuses. He replaced the order promptly and even added a cheese fry as a courtesy for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Buena Beef’s honey mustard chicken salad for years and order it at least twice a week. Unfortunately, the chicken has recently changed—and not for the better. It’s no longer the high-quality breaded chicken they used before, but a much lower-quality option with an unpleasant taste and texture. It was bad enough that it actually made my husband sick.
This was a disappointing decision. Please bring back the original chicken—it’s what made this salad worth coming back for.

I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what but there’s a huge comprehension problem with the employees at this location. I used to enjoy coming to this location as the food was always good and served hot. However just recently I have had bad experiences each time with visiting this location. My sister order an Italian Beef combo and it tasted as if it had too much oregano on it. It was just overwhelming. She also had her whole drink to spill in the car and all over her due to the lid not fitting properly and the staff filing the sodas to top of the lid. I recently had an experience whereas the young lady just couldn’t get my order right no matter how many times I repeated the order. With that being said, I will not be returning to this location.
