The interior is very clean and well kept. The staff is also really friendly and attentive. They turnaround orders quite quickly, even when they’re busy. The self serve kiosks at the front are convenient to place your order.
I got the Rigatoni Marinara with sausage. It came with a good portion of sausage, but barely any sauce. I added alfredo sauce to it when I got home. The bread it came with was off the hook. So fresh! Surprised it didn’t come with any butter though. No worries. The cheese fries are also a good addition as a side.

When I rate fast food places 5 stars I am comparing to other like menu fast food places. Not to be confused with a 5 star restaurant (international travelers). After all, they are known for “Chicago’s Original Italian Beef”, and I would think if someone is traveling in Chicago suburbs it is a good place to try an original Italian beef. I departed this time from their specialty and chose the Honey Mustard Chicken Salad which was very good moist and crispy chicken. The dressing was tasty and plentiful. Had my 90 year old aunt with me and the staff was ultra patient with her as I read the salad menu to her and they also suggested the senior drink for only $1.00 – any drink at the drink station which is quite varied. The strawberry watermelon juice was very good. The order taker did tell us if we want to leave a tip there is a choice on the payment window – I left one since it took so long to read the menu. Tables were clean, chairs comfortable.

Today was no different from past encounters with the staff. Absolutely superb people, food and timing. Simple, I arrive and order is delivered to me in my car!!!
Once again…all good and the same care with my order!!!! Makes me want to live at B. Beef!!!! Hahahahaha

The large beef and fries for $9.99 were a steal. Ate half of it two days later and it was delicious. Still got the other half. Probably gonna finish it off tomorrow. Love great deals when the price is right and the food is good. I always check out deals wherever I go.

The food quality and quantity here has really dipped over the past year. Each time I’ve ordered a pizza, it’s been either burned or barely full of other ingredients that already come with it (like basil leaves). I’ve also noticed shrinkflation happening here, too – don’t think customers don’t notice when your pizzas don’t even fill up the boxes they come in like they used to.
The service here is genuinely always good, and well, it’s food if you’re in a rush and there’s not much else open. But when you do have options and want guaranteed consistency, this isn’t the place to go. You’re better off heating up a frozen pizza at home instead.

Pasta from a drive-thru. I’ve never seen it before so I had to try it. My wife is Italian and is always critical of restaurant sauces, but this place, she loved it. I can’t wait to try their sandwiches next. They’re huge!

It’s been an excellent go-to spot since I was a kid. Everything from the food to customer service is great, especially Laura. Everytime me and my friends come in she’s always so helpful and kind. She always makes the experience 100x better!

Stopped by for a late lunch. I tried the cheesy beef sandwich, which is a new (to me, anyway) addition to their menu. It was really nice; I recommend it! Sort of like a Philly cheese steak, but with Italian beef. Came with fries and a drink as part of the meal. Service was good and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere and good crowd (not too crowded).

5 start for the food is always on point. Drive thru can be a bit long. Inside is always clean and getting clean which I greatly appreciate. Good place for meeting up and larger groups. Sometimes we meet up w 3-4 other families and there is more than enough space.
