Our food was very good, we didnt have to wait long and the service was okay! My only feedback is please clean those chairs yuck. Makes you wonder how good their cleaning process is in areas not visible to customers when they leave the chairs in the dining room looking this way.

Made an online order which was meant for the Gurnee location, I called to cancel my order assuming I had to call my credit card company after to dispute. Whoever answered the phone proactively said she would cancel and call the Gurnee location to transfer my order. Not only did i now know they can do that, by far one of the best customer service I’ve had at a fast food restaurants. I did not get a name but kudos to the gal that helped me out!!!

The food was great. The pizza had great flavor and an airy and a slightly crispy crust. Fries were great while not being overly salty. The Italian beef was tasty and had good flavors.

Idk if it’s because today is Fat Tuesday or because it has been a minute (11/25) but our lg italian beef and reg fry special was damn good today! Lots of meat and peppers! Fries filled to the box rim! Alright Buona I see you.

We enjoyed a regular Italian beef with added mozzarella (gravy on side), a regular meatball with added mozzarella (extra marinara on side) and a regular fries. Both were delicious, we will definitely be coming back!

Always great food and a fair value compared to the quality of the food and versus other places especially the other place starting with “P” that everyone loves. Been going to Buona since the late 90’s started at the original location in Berwyn! aAlways been a huge fan and also voice my opinion that the better food is at Buona Beef versus the competitor.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Buona Algonquin! The new manager is amazing and super friendly and Lenny just makes my heart smile! She has the best attitude and personality I’ve seen in a long time! You can hear the smile on her face when she speaks to you! She is everything that makes an amazing experience and I hope that she is recognized for her attributes!!!! Keep up the good work Algonquin and thank you for my amazing dinner as always!!!
