Great chain restaurant that offers a lot of Chicago favorites from Chicago dogs to Italian beef sandwiches. Lots of great specials throughout the week. Aricini bites are a nice unique side that is a must try. This location had fantastic service that are extremely friendly and very customer centered.

I was really impressed with the cashier’s professionalism and customer service. Her name was Katherine. I was surprised to learn she had started three days ago. As a long time customer of Buona, I felt very welcomed at this location. The food was fresh and healthy. Very clean restaurant. Loved the food! As I said the staff was excellent. This was a very positive experience. I have gluten and dairy allergies, which can make eating at fast-casual restaurants challenging, but this location handled it beautifully. I ordered the gluten-free pita with beef and hot peppers, and they thoughtfully put the jus on the side so it wouldn’t fall apart.
The French fries are always a standout: crinkle-cut, perfectly salted, and consistently delicious. The tables were clean, and while there was a bit of debris on the floor, the restaurant was overall well maintained.
What truly made the experience was the service. A big shout-out to Alyssa for being so kind, attentive, and understanding of my food allergies, and for making sure my meal was safe.
Bonus: they also have an ice cream shop with a dairy-free raspberry lemonade swirl, which was the perfect ending to the meal.

Food is always good and prices are OK. The manager is always friendly and wants to make customers feel important, he works hard. The staff in general is outstanding and seem to enjoy their work. The staff and manager is a big reason why we continue to eat at this location.

Just had their pizza for the first time in a long time for their $6.99 Thursday night pizza special. Fantastic barbecue chicken pizza! Pepperoni was very good too! What a bargain! I love Buona!!!

Order 3 beefs cheezy, 3 cheese fries, chocolate shake, and a dew, i get the bag one beef 2 cheese fries one shake are you freaking kidding me, get off ur dam phone, one problem in drive thru people, second problem u read the order back to me still managed too screw it up, tip it off check off receipt staple to bag that all is in there, how, how can you screw that up tell me with check offs…unbelievable never again im sticking with canes might be more money but they dont screw up…these fast joints are unbearable anymore. The reason they dont care.

Went through the drive-through to get a large beef and fries. My order was taken by Bryant. He was exceptional. Very helpful. Very kind. When above and beyond in making sure that all my questions were addressed for my order. How lucky Buona is to have such a wonderful employee. He was by far one of the most outstanding drive-through people I’ve ever had. The food was outstanding as usual and the order was absolutely perfect. I went to the one in Mt. Prospect. I would highly recommend this location for their service and the food! Outstanding!

Tasted like any other Chicago beef sandwich. Bell peppers were large diced instead of julienned..what are they thinking? Staff was excellent, very helpful and courteous. Restaurant appeared to be clean. Fast service with quick-park and pick-up parking. Wheelchair very accessible. Will return.
Update: Not so fast service next visit. Waited about 5-6min for food. Took sunset pics, so, still a nice place to eat and they’re less expensive than subs.
