Ordered 2 burgers, 3 fries and 2 drinks. They messed up my burger 2x and my son’s 3x!! THREE! When they took mine back to fix it, they just added ingredients didn’t take off the ketchup or onion. Fries were cold, cheese sauce was cold. The iced tea container was disgusting and no way up to code. What is that gunk in there?!? Gross. Only 2 other sugar free drink options. I love Buona and we go to the mount prospect one all the time. We will not come here again. The location is pretty and the interior was clean. Still not worth it

I ordered my food 20 minutes beforehand to ensure it was ready when I got there. It was not. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to finally complete and I gave them my name for the order when I got there. When I got home, my bag fell apart from all the juice in the bottom of the sack. My fries spilled out all over the garage floor along with everything else. I still ate my sandwiches, which were cold. I imagine they put the sandwiches in there 30 minutes before I got home and the juice spilled all over the bag in the meantime. Very poor service, poor packaging. And a very disappointing meal.

This is just like going into Chicago for Italian Beef, you know, if you’re looking for Italian Beef. There was a lot of choices on the menu, but if you want my recommendation I would say stick with what this place does best: the Italian Beef sandwich, dipped, with peppers (cheese optional) or the beef bowl with sausage (see photos). Oh goodness that juicy, beefy flavor of the sandwich bread soaked in the beef juicy. The velvety, thin-sliced beef texture that just melts apart in your mouth. And then the peppers. You did ask for peppers right? Oh yeah, they just explode with flavor just as you’re feeling euphoric on that beef soaked bread the powerful pepper blast hits your tongue and you immediately know you made the right call getting the standard beef sandwich. I was full after two-thirds of it but ate the whole thing anyway because it was just that good. You especially want to eat all the soaked bread, as it’s definitely designed as an eat-it-now kind of experience (read: soggy tomorrow). I didn’t even bother with fries or a drink or anything like that. I came here for the beef and ordered the large!! Don’t waste mental energy while ordering; just say it with me… large beef sandwich, dipped, with peppers!!!! Five star experience and yes I will be back!!!!

I think Buona is great because every time I go there, the food and service never disappoint me. The employees are always friendly and efficient, which makes me feel welcomed and taken care of. I really enjoy the food because it’s flavorful, fresh, and consistently well prepared, especially the Italian beef, which is one of my favorites. The atmosphere is comfortable, and my order is always ready quickly without feeling rushed. Overall, Buona stands out to me because it gives me a reliable, enjoyable experience with great service and great food every time.

First time at Buona. Food and service was great. I thought the prices were spot on. Great value! I ordered a combo, beef and Italian sausage, but realized halfway through it didn’t have the Italian sausage on it. Spoke with manager Leone, and she got me a new sandwich. Great recovery. Love the gluten-free pita option also. We will be back!

Had an amazing lunch with my daughter. The staff was very attentive and the manager Brian stopped by to see how our food was and if we needed anything else. The food came out quickly and was excellent. My daughter who is very picky loved their chicken tenders and the special treat of a rainbow cone chocolate scoop afterwards.

They discontinued the watermelon strawberry and lemonade drinks. That was a big decision maker for me on where I’m eating lunch. It’s just the same basic fountain drinks now.

Amazing place brand new so clean big enough for everyone! Food was delicious specially the onion rings! Staff is amazing very pleasant, efficient and helpful this location is awesome definitely coming back to try more their rainbow ice cream is a hit too! Definitely try this place 10/10

Food took a bit, 2 burgers and 1 hot chicken sandwich.. when it finally came the hot chicken sandwich came wrong, they brought us a plain sandwich with nothing and we told the server (Kelvin) that it was wrong and he responded saying im not the cook.. like what the heck and then brings it back and tells the cook to just put Nashville sauce on it and talks about me with disrespect to his coworkers like im not standing there and the manager came over to see what was going on and try to settle the manner.. manger was very nice but told us that Kelvin is new and is still learning.. learning his manners? So rude.. appreciate the manger being nice and resolving but he needs to hire people who can do customer service

My daughter and I went in for lunch. We were on a time crunch in between her sporting events. Brian Harris, the General Manager, was very friendly and very attentive. He was coming around to the tables and checking on us and other guests to make sure that everything was to our liking. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.
