I had high hopes for this place. I was kinda disappointed overall. I plan on going back to try it again. Staff wasn’t the friendliest but they’re a bunch of kids, maybe they didn’t know better or were scared. The lay out is confusing along with how to order. We wondered around looking all sorts of confused with the staff staring but we eventually figured it out. Husband loved his meal. Mine was good. The cheese ravioli is actually better than olive garden’s! The gravy bread is a must have. Pretty cool vibes from the place. We will come back.

Had a wonderful experience with my wife. Even during their grand opening, we had great service, and delicious food. We had one issue with a cheese burger and the manager made another one for free right away. I can’t wait to go back. We’re so happy your restaurant is in our town. Even our dog Jupiter got in on the great chow!

I generally do take out. Often I have the same clerk his name is Ross P. He is so pleasant and very nice. The Buona sandwich is excellent.

Great Grand Opening / Soft Opening
Once you enter, they have small menus to pass around if there is a line. Once you reach the cashiers, they greet you and ask if you’re a loyalty member. (Recommed downloading the app to start gaining points towards free food). You order go to the self-serve drinks and get your drink. You find a seat with your number. They bring your food once ready to you.
The staff is all mega friendly from start to finish, and Buona had many extra members / higher-ups there assisting the grand opening, making sure everything is going well / suggesting easier methods to the normal staff on how to do things / how things are done.
There is plenty of free parking along two sides of the restaurant. If the parking lot is full, it seems inside might not have enough seating.
The food was great. The sausage and beef were both wonderfully seasoned correctly.
The Black Tea was good. I just needed a lot of ice to keep it cold. The fries were decent with the amount of salt and slight flakeness they have. Looking at others’ food, they were pleased as well.
4 out of 5 for the atmosphere is due to how loud the location was with the music and people chatting loud.
Edit: Returned on 6/20/24 – Music has been turned down to a better level. Atmosphere updated to a 5 out of 5.
