Their food used to be really good quality. I’ve been disappointed by the quality of product the past three times I’ve ordered. I asked for the pizza to have easy sauce and it definitely had a ton of sauce. It was soggy and awful. Their chocolate chip cookies were decent but that was all I can say positive.

I’m not a fan of their soup,but the Seiten based Vegan beef was delicious. Bonus, they’re open late.
Like the meat versions, they dip the vegans slices in a vegan substitute for the “au juice” and it makes for a deliciously sloppy sandwich. Fortunately, they are generous with napkins as well as the contents of the sandwiches. I’m not sure what kind of peppers they used for the spicy version, but I really liked it. It packs a kick and has an afterglow in my mouth (not heartburn) hours later. Love it!

First time experience and already want to come again. Naomi was incredibly kind at the window and while I waited for my food Lizette handed it to me with a smile. That service is the very reason I would come even if the food was bad. Food was delicious in my opinion and so colorful and vibrant which my autistic self enjoys! I recommend getting the app for special discounts. Senior specials daily 2-5pm. I hate that some of the other specials are late night after 8pm. I like Buona better than Portillos and they have great shakes also at half price during 2 to 5 with the app on certain days. Portillos doesn’t have that.

This place is worth a visit. All of their food is delicious. I personally dont eat meat so the buena beefless sandwich is so fire I could eat it daily. The salads are pretty big too. Inside is really nice and spacious. Bathrooms were nice and clean too!

Update to previous: today’s experience was very good ordered a pizza everything was prepared well very friendly girl gave me my pizza. It was a pleasant experience the place was clean all the chairs were in place I felt guilty sitting in one. The guy at the counter looks a bit bored and doesn’t know how to stay busy when it’s slow. But what do you expect. The Thursday Pizza special is a great idea. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: It would be very easy to give them five stars. As when they are on their 100% my favorite place to go. However there’s been a few times where you don’t get the dressing on your salad so use his dry salad to eat. Where your your sausage seems to have been the one that stayed on the grill all day long. The portions are normally good but they’re not consistent. However all of that being said. Fantastic place to eat Top Knots foods good don’t go in there with expectations to get too much food by Gwen there with expectations to get good food. And the fact you can get a drive-thru that’s just an extra Plus would be four and a half if I could figure out how to do that 🙂

First time visiting Buona and it was great. All of the food was tasty. The entire staff I interacted with in the restaurant was very attentive. The prices are comparable for similar food in the area. The restaurant was clean and had no issues. I will definitely return to this Buona.

Good stuff. Their beef is better than Pops, but not quite Portillos. They do give 3 options for sizes, which is nice. Their fries are excellent. The wife loved the pizza.
