This used to be a good place. They have very poor customer service. I ordered through Grubhub and when I went to pick up my latte, Buon Giorno told me their latte machine was broken and when i tried to get a reimbursement from Grubhub, they told Grubhub their machine was working fine, told me to come back in an hour for a latte, and wouldn’t allow for the reimbursement. I also think they have been doing illegal things from their location. I don’t trust them.

Service: Ordered via Grub Hub. Was given a time to pick up the order and I was even 20 minutes past the time. I arrived and the food was not ready so I had to wait. What is the point of pre-ordering when I have to wait?? Further to this, when asked if my order was not received I was given an excuse about how it might have been cold. Just be honest and tell me you overlooked my order. This is the first time I ordered, and ate, at this place and it did not leave a good impression.
Food: Ordered bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. Tasted like your standard bacon egg cheese sandwich. Bacon was crispy though so that was nice.

Sweet little cafe, amazing Greek salad and the meatball wedding soup is to die for. I moved back to Seattle last year, for the first time in awhile, I’m not feeling good and the wedding soup is all I want. Check it out if you get a chance, hello to the staff!

Underwhelmed by the pasta. The online menu says pay $2.75 for breakfast pastries and choose at pickup. I went to only find cookies and muffins. Not what I had in mind.
