Dude taking orders was definitely not friendly. Did get the order pretty much right. Ordered for eat-in and gave me take-out, which wasn’t a big deal.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. I’m going to start off by saying that this food gave me food poisoning. I was sick with diarrhea, vomiting and the sweats for 36hrs. I ordered a double burger with cheese fries. The burger was undercooked and raw in the middle. The burger was tasteless, bland and had absolutely no flavor. The cheese for the cheese fries was yellow trash. No taste, no seasoning and no flavor. This was a huge surprise since I expected better because I tried this place only because I was told that it’s the Five Guys of San Juan. Let me put that rumor to rest once and for all, Buns Burger Shop is MOST DEFINITELY NOT ANYTHING LIKE FIVE GUYS! Buns Burger Shop is absolutely NO COMPETITION FOR FIVE GUYS! Five guys burgers are filled with flavor, seasoning and taste. Not to mention Five guys french fries are legendary and incredibly delicious. I guess if you don’t know any better you might think they’re equal but they most definitely are NOT! Buns Burger Shop along with your burger order will serve up a side of food poisoning. So don’t eat there but if you insist on still going, please be careful! Also, a note about the staff, they really weren’t any good. Messed up my drink orders and didn’t give me any napkins or straws nor did they direct me to where I could find it. The restaurant seating area was nice and clean but don’t be fooled by that because the kitchen is serving up food poisoning. I will never dine here again and neither should you.

Burgers are on the pricey side; you’ll pay around $20 for a burger, fries and a drink. Everything is flavourful and the passion fruit hot sauce is my favorite but this place is definitely for dine in. Take out/delivery is lacking since the food doesn’t stay warm or reheat well.

Meaty, juicy, cooked to the correct temperature and fresh ingredients toppings.Cajun fries were also good. They’re heavy on the seasonings- if you don’t want it- say light seasonings. Very nice staff- price was very reasonable.

This place had very good burgers. Not gourmet by any means but very solid. Fries and sweet potato fries were good and each order had more than enough to share. They also had a strawberry kiwi icee flavor which I have never seen. My kids loved it!
