It was the first time I went to an Irish bar and I really loved everything I heard, from the decor to the atmosphere of the place and the people who were serving us, the whole environment was really great, I really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it, it’s a bar/tavern that everyone should visit, it’s a very cheerful place with a great vibe.

Food was decent… Cuban sandwich was kind of meh… But the fries were delicious.
Food was not cheap ($18 for a sandwich) but everybody has gone up in price these days.
Wait staff was very friendly and efficient.

When the food came out, it looked so delicious that I forgot to take a picture for the review!
The live Irish folk music was a nice addition. I highly recommend the Irish Sample. You get a little of everything and it was soooooooooo good.
Our only complaint was the steak tip meal was a bit dry without any gravy on the steak or mashed potatoes. Otherwise the drinks and rest of the food was amazing.

My favorite spot in North Reading! Amazing Guinness pours and outstanding corned beef. Super friendly staff and always a warm, happy atmosphere. The patio is great in the summer too.

Fun time at Bunratty Tavern! We dined here during a trivia night, so that was a very fun experience to have while eating. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about allergies (I have Celiac disease). The food was good, but nothing crazy. I would say the portions are pretty big too, so that was nice! We will definitely be coming back for another trivia night!

Huge menu selection with plenty to choose for from. They serve seafood, steak, chicken and more. They also have the original New England Clam Chowder which is soooooooo gooooood!
Inside is huge with plenty of room for large groups. The bar is always packed and everyone always seems to be so happy… hmmmm it must mean great drinks Lol
They also have outdoor seating, weather permitting!
Parking is not that great here, because of all the local businesses so there’s usually no spots out front. They do have 2 Hr Free Parking
They have live bands playing all the time to but I’d recommend calling to make sure when.
Definitely a great place to visit!

My wife and I love the food at Bunratty Tavern. She has a gluten sensitivity and Bunratty Tavern has one of the best selections around. We’ve been ordering from them for a couple years now and the food is always consistent. We mainly do takeout, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly when we call and pick it up. Just the other day we ordered the Rustic Flatbread, gluten free, with grilled chicken added to it. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. I ended up chatting with the owner a little bit when I was picking it up and she told me about all the work they do to ensure people with gluten intolerances have a safe place to eat (with yummy food).
They are open 7 days a week but note that they currently don’t offer takeout on Fri and Saturday evenings due to high volumes in the restaurant.

Stopped in for a quick bite early Saturday afternoon. We got the buffalo wings to start. Salmon Caesars and killer nachos for entrees. Holy cow those nachos could feed a table of 10! The salmon was cooked to perfection and the ceasar bed was fresh and delicious, not too much dressing or croutons. We joked with our waiter to bring an army to help finish our meals and he politely went along with it. The owner even made an appearance to check on us and ensure we were enjoying ourselves.
I was a little disappointed to not see more Irish faire on the menu but their selection was immense and their was plenty to satisfy anyone’s palate, including your picky eaters. Will certainly be making a stop back next time I’m in the area.

Come to this place if you are looking for an Irish American cuisine restaurant. The portions are above great for what you pay. The restaurant is filled with friendly employees, and the service is quick and speedy.
