Bunny and Clyde’s Corner Cafe and Market is so adorable! Fantastic local cafe, plenty of high quality coffee, treats and meals. I ordered the Cowboy for a quick breakfast and it was very delicious. Scrambled eggs and potatos covered in sausage gravy hit the spot! They are very quick so don’t hesitate to stop in if you are in a hurry.

Food is out super fast and the staff are friendly. Food is all pre made and the cinnamon roll was super dry. We felt like the price was steep for premade food that is being scooped up to a bowl.

The service and atmosphere was really good. Barista was knowledgeable about the drinks. Food selection was good and straight to the point. The biscuit and gravy were okay, gravy was a little watery. Burrito was filling but bland. For Colorado it’s a 4/5 on taste.

Bunny and Clyde’s is the perfect breakfast spot if you’re in Salida. Their breakfast burritos are fantastic, perfectly toasted on the outside and a great ratio of meat, eggs, cheese and potatoes. The biscuits and gravy were decent, just thought the gravy needed a little more seasoning. I also got a maple latte that was great. Service was perfect, they were so friendly, definitely a must stop!

I know the owner/founder and I guarantee that she does everything possible to ensure the food is made with love and with the best ingredients possible. She knows that these factors show up on your plate and make you feel a glow from the inside, and especially in a time when there is major hypocrisy in the organic food markets. Bunny’s is my favorite go-to for everything–and their mini-market makes it easy to select smoothies, bowls, salads and desserts and be on your way quickly. It’s also a great place to eat-in, offering ambiance and a full outdoor patio that gets that warm south-facing sun! Highly recommend–in fact–if you live here or are visiting, you can’t experience Salida fully without going to Bunnys!

I visited on Thursday at 11am and I was told they weren’t serving breakfast – huge bummer. It was unclear if breakfast stopped at a specific hour, or they served it until they ran out. I ordered one of the vegan bowls instead and it was tasty! Their food (or their vegan options at the very least) definitely caters to the healthy side of food, with mounds of vegetables in every dish. I wasn’t a big fan of the vegan burrito because of this, but it was a good option nonetheless. A few days later, I was able to order breakfast. The vegan biscuits and gravy were incredible. My husband ordered the vegan bowl and it was great as well. I prefer their breakfast to their lunch, but you’ll have a good meal either way.

The breakfast burrito was absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe they would serve this. We got two of them and they were both trash. Glad we paid $25 for this….

I camped out here all day to get some work done on a Monday and every single person I interacted with here was so nice. There’s so many different comfy spots to choose from sitting at and everything I tried was fantastic. The bagels are made from scratch, the coffee’s great, all the pastries look incredible, and the lunch options have some healthy and some hearty options. This might be my favorite coffee shop on the planet.

A great find in Salida, colorado. Not a fully vegan place, but had many vegan offerings and were very accommodating.

Cool spot on the corner with great vegan and non vegan options, strong coffee, fun, relaxed vibe with indoor and outdoor seating. My husband and I shared a bowl for breakfast and got an Apple crumble to enjoy with our coffee.
