We are a locally owned and we offer our award winning BBQ through our Food Truck and Catering services. Our building is also available for private events. We strive to provide a fun and enjoyable experience to all of our customers. We started out as a food truck and catering business in 2015. They decorated it with bikes so of course I have to give it five stars on atmosphere, I had the mac and cheese brisket jalapeno wrap and it was a bit of a disappointment. I don’t know where the jalapeno chedder came in but I didn’t find it, the brisket was good but the mac and cheese was a little flat and overall it was an interesting attempt. I also upped for a craft root beer, and the girl said I could have a refill but I didn’t get one because quite frankly it wasn’t that great either, (maybe I’m just not a root beer fan) if i would have had a craft beer, that would have made the wrap a little better too.

This is a great BBQ restaurant. This was our first time visiting so we tried a couple different things and all of them were great! Prices were reasonable and the waitress was very helpful!

They were out of a few menu items when we went late one night close to close, but the brisket was great, fries were amazing, service was very kind, and the owner has great decorative taste in growlers and old bikes. You can order a growler to go! Very cool

Hubby n I are just passing through. MUST STOP!! Everything is the BEST BBQ!! Pulled pork, homemade bbq sauce, incredible smoked baked beans. I have grown up on mac n cheese, this blows it all away! The owner knows what he is doing! My hubby is so picky about fries. He is impressed, which is not easy to do. He had the brisket and fried pickles as an appetizer. He was blown away by all of it.
The owner’s wife hand bakes all the desserts. And as good as all the BBQ is, DON’T SKIP dessert!! The chocolate brownie is heavenly! I am pretty sure I just ate a chocolate cloud of indulgence! ♡♡♡♡ Every time we come to this state, we will be making sure to pass through this town for the best food coma!

great place with amazing owners! fresh smoked, hand crafted bbq and sides in a freshly renovated building! featuring a to go counter, table service, full bar and all non smoking! food is very fast and always delicious, daily specials, beer specials. only downside is they are only open thursday-saturday currently. definitely worth the stop!

The Loaded Sidewinder was a stack of food with potatoes, 2 kinds of cheese and delectable tender brisket on top! I got the lunch serving to-go and it was equivalent to about 3 meals! Very reasonably priced, even with a drink! It was my first time eating at Bunks BBQ and I will definitely be back! The server was friendly, helpful and prompt! Restaurant was clean and you can see them preparing the food, which is always nice!!

Fremont county has had several BBQ joints come and go in the last few years, I think this one will stick. Space looks great, staff was friendly and attentive, plenty of spacing between tables, clean bathrooms and even some charming impressionist artwork of cows. But that’s hardly what matters. The food was great. The chef had smoked some chicken wings which were really good but their bbq tacos with brisket were excellent! The coleslaw was average but their beans had a decent amount of pork in them which I really appreciated. We were too full for dessert but there’s always next time, which I hope is soon. great job Bunks!!!

Went a month or so after opening and had the Mac and cheese (absolutely horrible, hard and tasted like ligter fluid). Brisket was also horrible. Burnt, tasted like artificially flavored with a fuel taste. The beer was great. It was a commercial dark beer. I could not eat more than a few bites. Went to the men’s room quickly to deposit what I had eaten. Did not take any home. The same thing for my partner. I guess I’m used to going to a great place in Ft.Collins at a better price with fantastic BBQ.
