Wonderful, CLEAN, family restaurant, run by a lovely family. Definitely The Best Pho in the area!
the menu has several options (with chicken, beef, pork, vegetables), we ordered a lot of dishes but all of them lacked flavor minus the crispy chicken. Portions were big.
Service was regular.
cash only, no cards.
️ the menu is only in german, not English.
We ordered two plates of Tofu with Kokosmilch along with one ginger tea, mint/pepper tea, and pineapple Saft. The food was pretty good but the service was the worst.
We waited for almost 30 minutes but the waitress lost our order and had to take our order again. Since the waitress was stressed out on a Saturday evening handling other customers, we were patient enough to give our order again, and we did. Our food and drinks arrived, but the waitress forgot that another order existed (which was my friend’s) and my friend had to wait for another 15-20 mins again. Finally food arrived and was all good.
But the manager who was an old lady was not at all friendly and was very rude. She came up to our seat and started shouting at us saying we have been here for two hours and we must leave.
It took more than an hour for our order to arrive and we had already lost our patience before. So she was trying to kick us out even when we haven’t finished our drinks. Slowly customer’s who were sitting beside us saw this and began leaving the restaurant due to the old lady’s behaviour and we lost our appetite for finishing our drinks and we left to the counter to pay the bill but the old lady sarcastically told us to go back and remain seated. This kind of behaviour from a manger or whomsoever must be ashamed of themselves for running this type of business who doesn’t value customers.
This was a very disappointing experience me and my friends had for the first time in a restaurant in Germany. I felt bad for the waitress since she was very anxious when she took our order the second time and I appreciate her for apologising behalf on the manager but she didn’t have to do that anyway. But Leute, please do watch out for the old lady. “Sie ist unprofessionell und weiß nicht, wie man mit Kunden umgeht.”
I can’t believe what I heard, it just totally ruined my and my friends day.
But fairly chicken was ok, the noodles were sucks !
No recommend. At least for what I have as an Asian , no recommend!
Staff: Staff behavior was too worst. I am totally disappointed with this. Also, they take ONLY CASH (No signs were kept mentioning this).
Environment: It was okay, and bit spacious. No complaints.
Overall: My dinner date was ruined completely. Sorry to say! But, I would NEVER RECOMMEND this restaurant to ANYONE.
Service is a little slow but friendly and the Atmosphere is mix between a little Vietnam with a lot of harbour / maritime elements.
I’ll visit again to try a different dish
