Had an amazing street-style food experience at Bun and Beyond! I tried their classic vada pav, pav bhaji, and mango srikhand, and it genuinely felt like I was back in my hometown in India.

The vada pav was super fresh, and the flavors were spot on. The owner personally shared that everything is house-made, including the ladi pav, pav bhaji masala, and srikhand, which really shows in the taste and quality.

The owner is a very nice and welcoming person, making the whole experience even better. Their vada pav tastes just like India, and I absolutely loved the soft, fresh ladi pav.

Highly recommend this place if you’re craving authentic Indian street food! ✨

The BEST authentic Vada Pav in entire PNW!!!
I tried these dishes and here’s my rating on scale of 5:
Classic Vada pav with Churra 1000/5
Tawa pulav 4/5
Shrikhand 500/5 (tooooo good!!)
Dabeli 3.5/5
Mango milkshake 4/5
It’s a food truck so no dine-in available. Due to weather in PNW (aka rains) I’ve always have food in my car. The taste takes me back to Mumbai / Pune. Pure vibes.. rains, hot Vada pav… bliss ♥️

If you are looking to try something new and never tasted before then this is a must try! After chatting with the owner, who by the way is super nice, I learned that all the spices are sourced from India, everything is made in house which is sooooo rare to find these days. It was something I’ve never had before and the first bite was a flavor explosion.

I had the Szechuan flavored one and the Samosa and the mango lassi. I recommend it all.

I highly highly recommend trying and I’ll definitely will be back.

Tried the crunchy vada pav — it was absolutely delicious.
The pav was homemade, soft and fresh, and the vada was perfectly crunchy, spicy and flavourful. Great Maharashtrian flavour at a very affordable price.
There’s plenty of parking available, though no seating nearby but totally worth stopping by for a quick bite.

Im not well-versed in Indian food but I enjoyed everything quite a bit. I got the Vada Pav with Cheese, a Mango Lassi (not pictured) and a Cardamom Shirkand that was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu. Worth a stop if you’re in the area! Plenty of parking as it shares a lot with a Farmstore.

Absolutely incredible food truck! If you’re craving authentic Indian street food, this is the place to be.. & the best was you can see Rainier from that place too.
Every bite took me straight back to India. Also it was lovely taking with Malhar specially in Gujarati Really very warn humble & hardworking person.

The vada pav is hands down the best I’ve had outside Mumbai—crispy, spicy, and full of flavor, just the way it should be. The usal pav was perfectly cooked, with that comforting, homestyle taste that reminded me of my childhood. And don’t even get me started on the dabeli—soft pav, delicious masala, crunchy peanuts…it was pure nostalgia.

You can tell they put so much love and care into every dish. This food truck doesn’t just serve food—it brings back memories of home. If you’re missing India, you have to try it. Highly recommended!

The vada pav was fresh and delicious. It’s a food truck in the sound farms lot with very nice views.
Skip the chura ($0.99 extra) as it didn’t add much to the flavor and wasn’t worth the extra $. A little pricey considering the size of the vada but tasted fresh and will repeat.

We tried their food for the first time today and it was amazing! The Vada Pav was the best, the Paneer Tikka Puff was crispy on the outside with a perfectly tasty filling (so good we forgot to take photos because we couldn’t stop eating, lol), and the Chai had just the right flavor. Everything was delicious.

We got the vada pav, samosa puff, and tawa pulao. The vada pav was good, as others have mentioned, but a true Mumbai-style vada pav doesn’t come with green chutney. That said, the pav was great, and so was the vada.

The samosa puff was good — exactly what it sounds like.

Unfortunately, the tawa pulao didn’t live up to its name. It would be more accurate to simply call it pulao.

Finally, a proper Mumbai Vada Pav packed with flavour. This food truck exceeded expectations! The Pav deserves a special mention!! Thank you for bringing to us the taste of home. 10/10 !!
