I cannot recommend this place enough! I went to Vietnam this summer and this food is 100% authentic cuisine! We got shrimp spring rolls, Banh Mi with grilled pork, and beef cold noodles. The sauce for the spring rolls was a sweet peanut sauce that was to die for, and the freshness of the rolls is perfect. The Banh Mi was better than in Vietnam, yet still authentic. I could have eaten 5 of those if my stomach was big enough. The cold noodles were delicious and were a way bigger portion than I expected. All the produce was super fresh and the beef was extremely tasty. My boyfriend even asked if we can move nearby here just so we can be close to this restaurant, and this was his first Vietnamese food experience! The atmosphere is super cozy and relaxing- especially with the comfy seats. Our waiter was exceptional and very friendly. Our food came out faster than expected, and was at the perfect temperature. This is definitely my new favorite restaurant!

I loved the experience here when we visited to get lunch, the pho was delicious, nice portions and prepared perfectly. The Vietnamese iced coffee was yummy, I also thought it was cool how many different varieties they offer. I got the salted caramel and I liked it a lot. The spicy wings and wontons were also delicious in my opinion. The bathroom is small but the parking lot is big and the location has tons of seating. They also offer Korean hot dogs and mochi donuts along with their extensive menu.

We found this place from snap map funny enough, but we went right when they were opening so there was no wait! I didn’t realize that the also have Korean corn dogs and mochi donuts!! The drinks are so amazing, I had to get two! I loved this place so much, the food was sooo amazing, I wish I could’ve tried everything. Well I did get three items so I had plenty of leftovers. But I’m definitely going back to Shakopee just for this restaurant, even though it’s almost two hours from where I live. So worth it!!! I put pictures here with the food I got. Not pictured is the grilled chicken banh mi, blue taki half and half Korean corn dog, and a pineapple and jasmine juice slushy tea. These were also phenomenal!! I highly recommend this place to everyone, even if you’re not normally a fan of Vietnamese food, which my boyfriend is not but he loved the grilled chicken banh mi. Go here!

This is a very belated review but wanted to share our experience. We dined here for mother’s day 2024. This just happened to be right across from our hotel. The place I believe was pretty new at the time. It adorned modern decor and the most beautiful flowers and some decorations in honor of mother’s day. It was pretty packed but we didn’t have to wait for a table. The egg roll was delicious. The pho was large and had a great flavor. The banh mi was spot on with the crispy French bread and the meat was grilled & flavorful. The taro drink was a bit sweet for my liking and would prefer no cookies as it’s not so traditional. I thought I’d give it a try. We would recommend this restaurant for authentic Vietnamese food.

I had an enjoyable time dining here. It was an unexpected find really. In fact, fortunate to find it being next to the hotel I’m staying at. The atmosphere is quite bright, inviting and comfortable. Some of the seating and tables have the traditional restaurant style while there are some of the furniture have a coffee shop style to them. Glad there are choices in seating depending on your mood.
I had the Grilled Pork spring roll as a starter. The ingredients are quite fresh and tasty. The peanut sauce that accompanies the spring roll brings out even more flavor to it. Then had the Special Soft noodle for the main course. Although the sauce is light and flavorful, it tended to be a bit salty for my taste. Nevertheless, the snap peas, broccoli, carrots and the chicken places a flavorful variety to the dish.
I will return again on a future visit to the Shakopee area. It’s the only one in the are like it.
By the way, the Taro Clouds smoothie is delicious! At least go there for their smoothies!

The bánh mì bread was incredible! Perfectly crisp on the outside with that satisfying crunch, but soft and airy once you bite in. The flavor was delicious and fresh. Easily the best bánh mì I’ve had in Minnesota, especially when it comes to the bread.

We tried the bun bo hue, pho, spring rolls, and flan, and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on with just the right seasoning in every dish. The bun bo hue had a rich broth, the pho was comforting and flavorful, and the spring rolls were fresh. To top it off, the flan was smooth and perfectly sweet.
The service was also great, and the restaurant had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Lovely place with fantastic food. I got the roasted pork bhan mi. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Absolutely amazing. The hot egg coffee was also one of the best things I’ve had in a long time. Server had to serve a large area but he was
very kind.

This is more of a modern Vietnamese restaurant. This is definitely your vibe if you like american-asian food. I didn’t try the drinks, but they look very tasty! Personally, I like food that tastes like it was cooked by someone’s grandmother, a more traditional Vietnamese taste, so if you’re also looking for that– this is not the place. It’s not bad, just different! I had the fried pork egg rolls and grilled pork banh mi.
