I have enjoyed having a relative healthy meal up until today’s experience. The employees have been courteous.
Yesterday, I learned we cannot have 2 bowls, although we were sharing a meal. The manager put one in my bag anyway. (I appreciated it)
Today, went back again. Paid for the order and tipped. I was reminded about the bowl. When I asked for 2 scoops of broccoli, I was told, we are allowed, just one scoop. (I did not know that since that request was granted previously)
Got to the end and asked for two forks. The young man said we cannot have 2 forks. At first, I thought he was joking, but it became very apparent, he was not.
By this time, I was done..I said if I can’t have 2 forks, I would like my money back, because that is ridiculous!
I had ordered a salad and smoothie. I was given my money back. In the meantime, the manager gave my order to another couple who ordered after me- complimentary. Wow, and I could not have 2 forks.
They wished me a blessed day.

I ignored the previous reviews, my mind set that this Bun-D would be similar to the one in Germany.
To save you the trip, they don’t sell 40% of their menu (smoothies and juices) during peak hours of lunch because they are short staffed (even though they consistently have the shortest line in the food court). In addition, their bowls are 80% rice, they don’t give full serving sizes of meat, and barely any vegetables can fit after filling the bowl with rice. 3 out of 5 of my bites were tasteless rice with no veggies, meat, or sauce.
They have a long way to go. It’s embarrassing that your excuse of not selling 2 out of 5 menu items is that 2 of the workers are frustrated. Go to Qdoba, you’ll get better service, food, and prices.

Overall the food is good.
The issue I find is …..
1. Why do they smear the Avocado and Hummus into the rim of the bowl? Why can’t they use a scooper (icecream) and place it on top of the salad/rice bowl.
2. The lemonade sits in the container without being mixed once in awhile so when it’s poured to a cup the flavor is better.

Always great food and friendly service. Always a pleasure to pay a visit to Bun-D for lunch!
I’m here to edit the review. I’ve had their breakfast and by far the best eats you can get in the Exchange for the morning.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience than the one Dona Gi and her employees provide. They’re the absolute best!

Gross, you can make healthy food with seasoning. It was the most bland, rubbery and processed tasting chicken I have ever ate. Not very good, I’ve had better tasting healthier options at places like Core Life.

If you’re looking for a healthy food to dine in at Fort Stewart. Bun-D is number 1 choice. Very clean and the staff are so friendly. Santa Fe wrap and G-shake is my favorite combination. 100% recommended

This is one place I can only think of whenever I think of total package. Healthiest food, clean food, most friendly staff that care about their customers. Their manager is amazing. She pays attention to customer’s needs. She makes sure every customer comes back because of her great customer care. As long as this store keeps operating at this place, I will stay the healthiest man alive.

Apparently it’s a new policy to charge you 14 dollars for a custom wrap and not even give you your money’s worth of humus and avacodo. Like they literally dipped the spoon in and brought ot a quarter sized amount and said oh yes thats enough . And if I wanted more than a quarter size it be another dollar on top of the $14.

Cashier was rude and unhelpful as to what to order. Ordered the spicy garlic chicken, not sure what they define as spicy but that was unenjoyable and I casually eat spicy food.

Courteous employees with delicious food; it was definitely worth the drive. I enjoyed the “Hulk” smoothie and rice bowl.
