Marvelous experience!
I have been constantly trying their food and I got one sentence to describe the food here and it’s “Perfect execution of every menu item”. High quality proteins married with balance mixture of broth and spices give a unique taste to their Bun Bo Hue. During my recent visit, I tried their Bo Ne and I fell in love with it. It’s a festival of different proteins! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience from beginning to end. The staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu. They provided an in-depth overview of the menu prior to ordering and gave us great recommendations. Everything was presented amazingly, tasted even better, and left us full and super satisfied. I didn’t get a picture of the umami wings because I inhaled them; they were so crispy yet dripping with the most delicious sauce. I cannot wait to go back and try more.

I’ve traveled all over the world and tasted many cuisines, and Bun Bo Hue Kitchen in Duluth serves authentic Vietnamese dishes that truly hit the mark. We ordered the Saigon pizza, bun bo hue, and bo ne—each was delicious and tasted just like traveling through Vietnam. The broth was over-the-top delicious, with every herb shining through. The bo ne entree arrived hot and sizzling, paired perfectly with fresh bread. It’s a must-try. The owner is right there cooking in the back with the rest of the staff. If you’re in the area, come try out Bun Bo Hue Kitchen!

If you like Bún Bò Huế, this is the place for you. We came with a large group on short notice, and they were able to accommodate us without any issues. The service was friendly and welcoming. We tried all the appetizers, and most of us ordered their signature dish, while others went with the freshly made udon noodle soup or the Bò Né. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Update: Got food poisoning here. If you go, good luck! As a Vietnamese girl who travels back to Vietnam every two years, I was hoping for a comforting, authentic bún bò Huế, but this wasn’t what I was looking for. The broth was okay, but it lacked the depth and richness I expect. The beef was tender and the flavors were simple; however, the overall bowl felt underwhelming.
Compared to other pho spots, the portion size was smaller than expected for the price. It wasn’t bad, just disappointing and not very memorable. I was hoping for more warmth, substance, and value.
One suggestion for improvement: having condiments at each table, as you’d find at authentic Vietnamese spots, would really enhance the experience. Personally, I like my bún bò quê with more lemongrass and spice, and this version lacked both. 3/5
Unfortunately, the bánh canh did not meet any expectations. The noodles were overly thick and gummy, lacking the chewy, silky texture that authentic bánh canh should have. The broth was bland, and the overall flavor felt unbalanced—especially disappointing given that it was one of the most expensive dishes on the menu. 0/5
The pizza was the highlight of the meal, though it leaned toward to be Americanized (4/5). The bò né was solid, I like the flavor and the meat was tender. The meatball not too great (4/5) and the one dish I would consider ordering again.
Overall: 2.5/5. Authentic? No. The best? No.

Was pleasantly surprised! I didnt like the banh canh I had the first time, but this time I tried the bun bo hue (like it says in the name) and the wings and enjoyed both dishes. The wings were fried crisply and tasted great.

What a great find in the Duluth, GA area. I did not expect to find such a high-quality bún bò Huế spot here in Georgia—this one rivals some of the best I’ve had in California. The broth is bursting with flavor and seasoned to perfection.
The only downsides: the portion of noodles/toppings (meat + pork blood) runs a bit small, and they don’t offer hoisin sauce. If they could improve those two things, this place would be truly unmatched.

We ordered BBH and Bò né! BBH broth had a great umami with tender beef toppings. The meat ball in bo ne was soft and juicy. Overall we had an awesome experience here. The food was good and the staff was so friendly and attentive. They truly made us feel like we were dining with family. Very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

This was always on my list of places to try and I finally had the chance to go . The broth was delicious on its own and the bun bo hue so filling! I shared a saigon pizza with my friend and it was so nostalgic and yummy. The music can be a little loud so I felt like I was yelling at my friend. I would most def come back soon to try the rest of the menu! Service was great, everyone is really nice here 🙂

The atmosphere was very lively and the food was wonderful! staff very friendly and the service fast. My mom and I had the bun bo hue and wings. The wings had a light, sweet flavor super unique and delicious. Def worth trying! Will be back again!
