This place has been amazing. We moved here recently and heard that they had new owners and were completely remodeled. Since we were new to the area, we had no idea what it was like prior but what we can say is that we have never had a bad mail and never had a bad experience. They run amazing specials and it is a hidden gem in a small town.

Me and my wife go here during the week as a quick date night. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! Yes it’s more of a bar atmosphere but has ample sit down dinner room also. the ladies that serve you are so sweet and nice and seriously try and feed you! Refills come quick and the food is hand prepared and made! No prefrozen patties and crap here! You can literally see the ground beef in your burger, and boy they dont skimp either! This has become our favorite spot of all time!

New owners, great new outside are, with corn hole and covered patio, with tvs and sports. Great food, when the main cook is there. Inside has a sulfer smell as many older building do. Outside is great.

Their bartenders are really hospitable! The only time I have had bad service was on a fish fry Friday. I wouldn’t eat here because they don’t have any vegan

Had the fish (cod, walleye wasn’t available due to the fact they get it from Ukraine…) fish was over cooked and the fries was under cooked. Service was good. Quint little neighbor bar with food.

Hard to believe that the small town of Carbon Hill has 2 of the 3 best bar food spots in the area. Have never had a bad meal here. All their burgers and sandwiches are great and the prices/food beat going up north to spend 2, 3, sometimes 4X more money.
