We stopped for a late lunch. They have the best chicken tenders. They were crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. We are from southwest Missouri on our way to Alabama and Florida. If we come back through on the way home. We are definitely stopping and trying something different. My husband got their loaded fries and it’s the best fries he has had in a long time. The service was also great. Thank you for the great food

Pulled in, no one would answer the stalls. We proceeded to pull into the drive thru. No answer. Even at the window we were met with no response. This isn’t the first time this happened. I hope yall find new management and upgrade. Won’t be coming back again. I read several other reviews with similar experiences.

I have gone back twice more. A few days ago and again earlier today. The result each time was just shy of disastrous. I do not make orders that are especially difficult, though they are specific.
The other day I ordered a double chilli cheeseburger, with only pickles and mustard. I was told they were out of fries, so I got Tater Tots instead. I specifically stated that I wanted NO ONIONS, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO — ONLY PICKLE and MUSTARD. I suppose the person taking my order thought I said ‘MO ONIONS’ instead. Because when my order arrived there were tiny bits of RAW chopped onion mixed in throughout all the chilli and cheese. It could have been the person who prepared the order assumed a mistake had been made, then decided to build it the way they liked, with extra onions. Naturally, there was no pickle or mustard on the sandwich at all. I decided to add those myself when I got home. After doing meticulous surgery to remove the RAW onions from the sandwich, then adding the pickle, I managed to enjoy the sandwich. Though I had to discard nearly half the chilli to manage eating it.
Today (10/23/2025) I decided to try something different. This time I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, again with ONLY PICKLE & MUSTARD. I also ordered a side of Onion Rings and some barbecue sauce. I ordered To Go and sat in their outdoor patio area until it was ready. It took a while (25-to-30 minutes), and again, they got it precisely incorrect in most ways. There was no mustard or pickle, though it was fully loaded with TOMATO, SHREDDED LETTUCE, & CHOPPED RAW ONIONS with lots of SECRET SAUCE, making it a sloppy, fall apart mess! Exactly why I don’t order SALAD on my burgers! I got a Root Beer, and though I asked for NO ICE they must have thought I said ‘MO ICE’ instead. I typically attempt to avoid the confusion of ebonics by saying ‘WITHOUT ICE’ though local vernacular in this area frowns upon the use of ‘big words’ in favor of groans, grunts,and murmurs instead. Did I mention I hated this place?
The last two times before that I ordered here it wasn’t too bad. Not as good as I’d like, but not as bad as my first impression, which was pretty bad, worse than the generic food at AM/PM Convenience stores attached to ARCO gas stations. Really bad. Service was quick and accurate, with tasty results instead of being cold and tasteless. Ultimately, far better than the MacDonald’s across the street, attached to a Double Quick gas station and convenience store. My most recent visit, they actually had Root Beer. It would be nice if their pricing were consistent day-to-day.

Bumpers in Belzoni, MS I don’t know if the management changed or if the franchise was sold to someone but the service is very poor. Location seems to be deteriorating. It use to be packed now it looks more deserted. Speakers…Some work and a lot of them don’t. Drive thru a mess. Ice cream machine has been broken for almost 4 months now. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because maybe if the workers had what they needed it would a better operation. Workers will let you order at the speaker and because it’s too cold to come outside then tell you to pull to the drive thru. After you ordered and sat there for 15-20 mins. Why not just post signs that say order at the drive-thru. Not to mention i sat waiting from 3:25 until 4:12pm for my food. And it came out wrong. Sodas were flat. The coke was basically liquid brown sugar with no carbonation. My level of patience is outstanding today. Owner invest in your business. You’re losing money, losing customers and giving bad experiences. Ruleville and Yazoo locations stay on point may need to take a page or two from them on how they are doing such great business.

Went to Bumpers tonight at 9pm and never received my order. I ask one of the car hop to check to see if they go my order. She never returned and said anything. Sit additional 20 minutes and ask the second car hop if they received the order. She came back and apologizes and said they didn’t get the order. Also a car pull beside me and person came on andbegin to take his order stop the customer in middle of his order and ask him to hold on never came back to complete the customer order. He sit 10 minutes and finally drove off.

They took our order 4 times and still got it wrong.. very wrong… we ordered 2 burgers and fries and 2 drinks. They brought out one burger and one drink. So glad we got to split a nasty burger. It was ready in about 30 seconds too, so that tells you how fresh the food is.

The chicken was VERY greasy. 30 mins wait on wings. We ended up ordering two burgers.. simple one with no ketchup no mayo the other one no mayo. That took forever and they were both wrong.
