The black spots on the fish isn’t pepper or seasoning. It’s old bits of fish because the grease has not been changed in a long time and maybe never based on the way that this fish looked. It had the burnt smell without even being burnt, which is pretty talented. So the employees and owners at this location if you’re wondering who reported you to the health department, it was me.

The ladies are wonderful, and the food is delicious! I accidentally ordered a sandwich that had bacon on it and I am highly allergic they replaced it even though I offered to pay. Will definitely come back when I come through!

Food is consistently excellent. Hot meals are delivered at a reliable pace. When I place my order, I can expect it within 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how busy it is. During peak times, it may take up to 10 minutes, but when it’s less busy, I’m usually served in under 5 minutes. Regardless, the food is always served hot, never cold.

I purchased a fish dinner on my lunch today. The wait was long but I didn’t mind because I figured my food would be fresh. Boy was I disappointed. After a 30 minute wait, I got hot burnt fish. I tried emailing the address from the contact form but apparently their system blocks emails. I tried calling the Ruleville location 3 times where I got the food from but there was no answer. I couldn’t even eat the food I paid for. This was a waisted lunch break and waisted money.

I gave three stars instead of two because the wait staff are friendly. The fries were a little under cooked like they’d been pulled out of the grease 30 second early to rush food out. The hot dog buns on my kids’ meals were practically fused to the paper tray they came in, making them hard to eat and causing the kids to make a larger mess than usual.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been here to get food that isn’t properly prepared. Please tell the cook to follow corporate guidelines on preparing and holding food. They’re created by professionals to ensure the food is enjoyable. Holding warm food too long affects the taste. Buns that sit in open air get hard. Veggies that sit on the bar too long begin to wilt and taste sour.

Waited 20 minutes on an order of cheese fries and a drink. We never got our order because I just left after hearing what I assumed to be an employee using horribly offensive language through their intercom with another customer. Have been there a number of times and usually something is wrong with our order. Will probably not return which is sad because I love Bumpers burgers.
