Very disappointed with this visit. The cook/server Aaron was rude, had a bad attitude, and made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. When we asked for a milkshake, he clearly didn’t want to make it and acted annoyed — only doing it after giving us attitude first.
The food was just as disappointing. The fries were undercooked, pale, and completely unsalted, which made them bland and unpleasant to eat. Definitely not what we’ve gotten here before.
What makes this worse is that the first few times we came, the servers were girls and they were polite, friendly, and professional. They gave us warm food with well-seasoned fries, and the experience was always good. This visit was the total opposite.
Customer service and food quality both matter, and unfortunately neither was there this time. I hope management addresses this, because this experience was not worth it at all.

I don’t even know where to begin. The service was phenomenal, the people were very kind and answered any questions and requests my partner and I had. The restaurant area was very clean, the floors were spotless. The food was hot and very fresh for starters, but oh my god, the burgers. They are the PERFECT size, the buns are soft and fresh, the burgers are full of flavor. The fries were terrific too. I am blown away by how good the food was. Paying $32 for this was VERY reasonable and we will definitely be back.

Went in to try something new. Figured for my first experience, I’d try the house burger, Da Bumb. It most certainly did not disappoint. The burger was nothing more than an EXPERIENCE. Absolutely superb. Friendly staff and comfy place to eat right in the heart of the outlets.

Service was terrible. The cashier had no personality and really seemed like she doesn’t want to do her job… which is taking orders. The whole restaurant is dirty and no tables were clean. I don’t think it’s worth going into the woodburn outlets just for this, and honestly, there are better options not to far away. Not to mention she’s literally in her phone texting while doing this.

I love trying new burger places and decided to try bum burger because it’s in my town, has almost 5 star reviews at the pictures look good. Went in to a dead empty restaurant, the guy was just rude, his attitude was so rude I asked if they were closing and I’d leave. It was 5pm they don’t close until 7pm. When I ordered a Mac burger he was visibly irritated, while waiting for my food I looked at the reviews more and found multiple about the staff being rude. Got home and my burger had no Mac n cheese on it don’t recommend.

Good burgers! The guy serving us was super nice gave us extra fries as my Mom Daughter and I were sharing them. We dinned in and the facility is clean. It’s nice to be right downtown in the shopping center. I would recommend this place for a burger and fries.

Literally love this place so much!! I come here every day during work to get myself some fries. I absolutely love all the workers, they are so sweet to me. I’m on a first name basis with all of them, and it’s definitely one of my favorite parts of the day!! Definitely recommend!

Place was dead when I got there. Front counter man was great, the kitchen staff was slow and didnt care what they were doing. Gossiping with another worker while I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for 1 burger and fries. They had the fries under the heat warmer for 15+ minutes before trying to give them to me. When I asked for fresh fries the cook scoughed and put some in a box thing for me with zero seasoning and then threw my old ones away rudely. I will not be coming back to this place, and if you are hungry at the outlets, I would not suggest this place to someone that hasn’t eaten in a month. Replace that cook with someone that actually wants to be there.

The food was made fresh per order. So fresh that the tomatoes where cold and crispy. We ordered 2 combos and a single burger.
The burgers where a regular cheese burger with bacon. The mac daddy and the true Hawaiian.
The mac daddy had mac n cheese, the Hawaiian had spam and pineapple. All 3 where delicious! Yes they took longer yo get but again they are being made to order.
The staff is super nice and the place is fairly clean. I would definitely come here again!
