As a Carson City resident, I know our community strives to support every local business, whether they are homegrown or a national chain, because they provide jobs for our neighbors. However, certain businesses are failing to meet basic standards.
If you are going to charge a premium for delivery, you cannot be lazy with the execution. I ordered 12 wings through GrubHub with the specific option to have them tossed in four different flavors. Instead, I received 12 plain wings with side sauces.
Sending dry wings when the instructions explicitly called for them to be tossed is a total disregard for the customer. It’s lazy and sends a clear message that you don’t care about the quality of the service you’re providing. You need to get your act together and ensure you are actually following the orders you receive.

Worst food in Carson City. We ordered 2 junior bullys & a basket of fries. Burgers cooked well/burnt & completely fell apart when eating, fries were not frozen nor were they cooked. $40.00 worth of dog food. Never again

Great little sports bar in Carson City, with good food and good drinks. We stopped by here to catch a playoff game, and were pleasantly surprised by the food. We got a platter and a pretzel and the food was not as greasy or heavy as you would expect from a sports bar. I highly recommend this place if you want a nice, relaxed vibe while you watch the games or fights.

Had wings delivered (I’m only 5 minutes away). They were awful, think they were cooked a day prior and reheated . They were leathery and chewy…. Didn’t eat all of them, couldn’t-,too much of an effort even dipping them in blue cheese dressing.

Most inattentive service I’ve had anywhere. Our table was not the only one having the same experience, obviously, as we witnessed the server getting a ration of crap from a few others. We just let the tip do the talking and I’m letting the stars do mine. Won’t be back to this location anytime soon.

Very nice place and very busy. We were there at lunch and had been seated about 5 minutes when 4 ladies came in and sat next to us. They got waited on first. Sorry but as a life long Hospitality worker, that don’t fly. I feel the server was completely overwhelmed by the size of her station. I will give you another shot. Food was very impressive. Did the 9.99 boneless wings and a side of fries. Split it with my daughter in-law. Very tasty. Next time I shall arrive earlier and enjoy an adult beverage.

I went in to watch baseball. Apparently it was football day. There were six TVs dedicated to one football team none of them being watched. And they wouldn’t let me watch baseball. How stupid is this? Went to the Bullies in South Reno they could not have been nicer. Easily changed the TV for me. It was a Giants Dodgers rivalry. Really not great customer service
