I came here with my fiancé and we absolutely loved the food and service!
We’re visiting from New Jersey and California – The food was amazing and the atmosphere felt so cozy. I had the mac n cheese and it was the best mac n cheese i’ve ever had. The lamb sliders were absolutely delicious as well, the spice level on them was great!!
The fact the ice cream is made in house made it even more intriguing and appetizing
Our waitress was so sweet and nice :)!
Will definitely come again if I’m ever in the area again.

The drinks were delicious and strong, and the sweet potato wedge appetizer with candied bacon was incredible: sweet, savory, and decently sized. The grilled lamb was delicious, though one piece was a little overdone, and the burger was big, juicy, and well seasoned. All the sides were solid, especially the crispy Brussels sprouts and creamy mashed potatoes. The restaurant is in a neat location and has a really cool look and vibe, and while there was a bit of a wait between courses, it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing as the courses were filling. Parking was a little tricky, but it’s manageable, and overall the meal was on the pricey side but absolutely worth it. Very unique experience and very delicious food.

My work partner and I are working at Makle Park and decided to stop in—best decision! The host and waitress were awesome and made us feel welcome right away. The swordfish was cooked perfectly, and the margarita flatbread was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was just right—comfortable and inviting. We’ll definitely be back!!!

I don’t know why I waited so long to try this place. We made a reservation for Saturday night. Great idea because this place fills up. It’s not a fancy place, no need to get dressed up, but the food and service is fantastic! Kayla, Thank you for your awesome service and suggestions. Everything we had was amazing. I’m so glad I read the reviews on here before I went. It was suggested to try the Sweet Potato Wedges. I immediately told my husband. When we got there we knew what we wanted. He immediately ordered those Sweet Potato Wedges. An interesting surprise. They were topped with candied bacon. You can’t go wrong. The maple aioli added sweetness to the already sweet potatoes and candied bacon. My husband wanted to get another order to go. They were so good. He had the Pork Osso Buco. That came with a choice of Garlic Mashed Potatoes, French Fries, Curry Cauliflower, or Rice and Brussels Sprouts. He got the mashed potatoes. I had the Lamb Chops with the Curry Cauliflower. Both meals were cooked perfectly. Now for the dessert. You can’t go wrong with their home made ice creams. Holy Cow. Their flavors are interesting to say the least. I definitely over indulged. I walked out full and bloated, but enjoyed every single bite. I can’t wait to go back and try some other dishes. People at the other tables ordered some of the same things we got, but the crab cake at one of the other tables near us looked awesome with mostly crab meat and less filler. I’m getting that the next time, I think. Definitely the Sweet a Potato Wedges are a must! You’ll even want to clean your plate.

Everything most of the reviews here say is accurate: great food and atmosphere. Unique for where it is. I also really think they do a great job with the beer menu. But, it’s wild to me that so few people mention the ice cream! You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t save room for dessert here. This is not the kind of ice cream you will find in other places – it’s homemade, and it’s next level flavorful. I’d recommend starting with the salted caramel and going from there. You have never tasted better salted caramel. Props and congrats to Chef Bob and his crew for making such a go-to, A+ experience in the area!

Beautiful quaint pub serving burgers from heaven.

Food is good. Burgers never disappoint! All other items are made to satisfaction.

Service is decent yet it may improve in attentiveness for table side service. Host and hostess are always outstanding!

Interior is beautiful. Makes for a Great date night spot or friends get together.
Drinks are also very good. Unique beers available!

Hours are not posted online but last order was 8:30 ish if I remember correctly!?

We are so glad to have found this gem. Will be back.

Had dinner here on New Year’s Eve. Excellent special menu for the occasion. The food was exceptional as were the drinks and the service. The atmosphere made the evening special. There were a lot of folks dining here but it still seemed romantic and relaxed. We nearly always bring home leftovers but there were none tonight except a small amount of delicious crab dip! The portions were ample and perfect. Would definitely come back again.

When friends come to town we go to Bully’s. It is the place to go for casual upscale dining in Columbia. I have been taking guests there since Dave and Sherry opened 25 years ago and have always had a great experience. There are always great choices on the menu and the atmosphere is fun and historic. The unique wedge shaped site at the intersection of Lancaster Avenue and Union Street features plenty of parking and an onsite bakery. The owners are great supporters of the community and have been hands-on in all aspects of the operation. Well appointed guest rooms are available above the restaurant. If you want a great meal, a wide selection of beverages and an enjoyable experience visit Bully’s soon.
