You’ll also see unobstructed view of Maui’s southeast terrain and the Big Island, with spectacular sunsets to boot. Perfect stop going to or from Hana. Great burger served up by the grand daughter of the Triple L Ranch founder. Best burger patty on Maui made with free range beef grazed on the slopes of Haleakala. You can sit and enjoy your burger with the most stunning views! Worth the drive out and perfect stop if you are on your way to or from Hana.

This burger joint is very inaccessible.
It is located in the middle of Haleakala, so you have to go there on purpose.
Or you can meet it while driving along the road to Hana.
The taste of the burger is very good.
The thick patty is full of sauce and the roasted flavor is full.
You have to sit in a place that is ambiguous to call a restaurant, but… The burger you eat while looking at the sea and hills in the middle of Haleakala is very atmospheric.

The food was excellent and the view was incredible. We ordered the BBQ Bully and Spicy Bomb and neither of us had a complaint. Everything was cooked fresh and quickly. Plenty of options, affordable and one of the few places to get a good meal on this portion of the road to Hana.

These burgers are AWESOME! Juicy, delicious, and served with premium ingredients like butter lettuce. Gotta try! For reference the cheeseburgers are between 16-19$ a burger, and they come with house made chips which are the bomb. And the view is absolutely fantastic! Its a completely different side of Maui compared to the beaches! If going upcountry, you have to visit!

Easily one of the best burgers, if not the best burger we have ever had. Perfectly cooked, moist, and full of flavor. We asked the owner what the secret was, and she earnestly pointed to the field across the road from the stand, where the family has free-ranged cattle for generations. Pictures do not do this setting justice—it’s simply breathtaking. So, if you’re in Maui, do yourself a favor and drive here and get yourself an amazingly fresh burger. You will regret it if you don’t. For an extra bit of magic and silliness, go towards the end of the day (before they close!) and enjoy your meal sitting on a saddle seat while watching the sunset—it will make your day. We will be back 🙂

Our reverse road to Hana was cut short due to a landslide that blocked the roadway, but on the way back we took the time to stop on some of the sites we skipped and came back to Bully’s to split a burger. The mushroom Swiss with wasabi sauce was fantastic. Shaved Ice definitely hit the spot. Was a wonderful place to stop and take in the views. The people were so friendly, I’d go back 100 times if I could!

Taste the Difference!
You can taste the difference from fast food and even majority of high-end restaurant quality burgers.
I recommend the Zach’s Famous Grilled Cheese Burger with Bacon. However, if you want to really appreciate the meat, go with one of the specialty burgers.
Definitely worth a stop if you’re passing through or after a horseback ride.
Just mind the other visitors- a pigeon who will literally steal your bacon off your burger while it’s in your hand. The cat is a welcome company and loves your attention.

Burger was delicious . Can’t wait to return. Be sure to drive slow as the cows are free range. Best and only farm to table burger I had in Hawaii. Beautiful outdoor dining area. Much to see. Worth the drive.

Great burgers and shaved ice. Check it out if you’re going to the winery or round rock beach. The food is all made super fresh. The person who haloed us was super nice and really wanted us to have a good experience. It’s a very beautiful drive. If you’re on this side of the island I’d highly recommend.
