Bullwacker’s just started serving breakfast on Halloween I stopped in for breakfast (November 1st) and I’m so glad I did! I ordered an omelet, and it was hands down the best omelet I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked, fluffy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take pride in their food here.
Mona was our server and she’s an absolute gem! Shoutout to Mona! She’s so down-to-earth, and just one of those people who makes you feel right at home the second you sit down. Great food and great service — you really can’t beat that combination. Bullwacker’s has easily become one of my favorite local spots.
Highly recommend stopping in — whether you’re a local or just passing through, you won’t be disappointed!

We were staying in the Air BnB next door and we are so glad we stopped by! What s fun little bar with a lot of history. The staff was great and the fellow patrons were fun and sociable.
I wish we lived here so this could be our regular bar.

This was my 1st time guest experience at Bullwackers and I am highly recommending them.
The place was busy and before I even sat down I was told there would be a wait, I was happy to wait since I was told ahead of time. I ordered the Philly steak with chili and a bacon burger with salad.
BEST PHILLY I HAVE EVER HAD IN WEST RIVER SOUTH DAKOTA! Hands down nobody compares!
The staff is super friendly and quick to fix issues.
The bar itself is gorgeous.
If you are looking for something you haven’t had before Bullwackers will not disappoint.

As locals, we want to support local businesses. This combo platter (photo attached) was $20 and this is all we received. We ordered this assuming it would be a larger appetizer for more than 2 people. Not worth the price whatsoever. We love the atmosphere at Bullwacker’s and typically the service is ok, but it’s hard to support when the product doesn’t even come close to matching the price.

This is such a great spot, so easy to get to from the highway, just stop by! Authentic history, a locally-owned, lovingly restored genuine cowboy watering hole. The stagg treats you like you’re an old friend no matter where you’re from. Sparklingly clean, just a great place.
